I desperately booked a reservation to stay for 56 days at a safe, clean, affordable hotel but now dreading my decision for this location. Absolutely unsatisfied with this hotel, mostly because of the condition of my room. First off, the room smells, is dingy and cheaply put together with dirt and holes in the walls. The bed is ridiculously uncomfortable and makes a noise every time I simply sit down like it will break at any minute. All the furniture is dirty and falling apart. The kitchen cabinets and drawers have an odor of musty / mildew like they weren't cleaned, sanitized or maintained thus I refuse to even use them. The water pressure in the shower is terrible, the trash bags don't even fit in the cans and useless the minute anything is put into them. There is no coffee available, you must pay extra for any cleaning services of any kind like washing the sheets or replenishing towels. I was told there is an additional fee of $15 for that service plus an additional fee of $5 for clean towels or I can wash them myself, like really! My door latch is missing screws, and the remaining ones are loose. The outside appeared to be decent but there are always people standing around outside and you can smell drugs in the air. The inside is unsatisfactory at best. When you walk into the lobby area there is a potent smell of marijuana as well as the elevator, the hallways, and the rooms have a musty smell plus marijuana. There is only 1 baggage cart that is poorly kept, dirty, and very small. The rooms did not look like this online. I truly thought I was getting a good deal but obviously not. I am so unhappy with my selection to stay here and WONT EVER AGAIN.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The minute I walked in to the room it had a weird odor. I closed the bathroom door and guess what the door locked so I couldn't opened the door until I figure it out! I called the front office for the issue and said that maintenance wasn't available and she was going to see what she can do and return my call. Never did btw! I had to disinfect the place it was horrible!! Stay away! Ohh there's also ROACHES . I have no idea how this place is still in business horrible horrible horrible! Parking lot is dirty!

Weird and scare people (also government & unemployed people live free in this kind of "hotel") For this reason the price!!! Beware this place. Lugar muy sucio, lleno de cucarachas, viejo, con mal olor. Personas desempleadas o q el gobierno ayuda hospedándose gratis, desde que entras el ambiente se nota, por eso el bajo precio. Cuidado con este lugar, paguen un poco más y está salvo de toda esta basura.

Really bad customer service. Staffs were high I assumed they were just smoking pots during their shift. They didn't want to help and they smelled really bad. I got their around 9:30pm nobody was at the front desk, nobody picked up the phone. Took forever to get checked in and the 2 staffs were arguing and blaming each other in front of me. I feel bad for this place. The building is well built and looks way nicer than Motel 6 or Red Roof but the customer service dropped the whole business down to another level.

This is such amazing place. My kids and i love it here. Its so close to shopping. The staff is so friendly and you can count on them for anything. Amanda and Christina really know how to run this place! It takes amazing management team to make a place and they really are amazing. Thank you for making mine and the kids stay great!!!

Indoor and pet friendly. Helpful staff. Great security at night. Good location. Tawana is awesome and treats guest as family. Felt like home. She also takes people's problems and their safety as if they were her own. Amanda, Cristina and Mary are very helpful and professional. Rooms are tidy and clean. Very inviting. Great staff. Disregard any prior post that where presented in my name. They were false and not made by me. I go back everytime I'm in Town.

Sam is one of the employees working at this extended stay. He is friendly and a hard worker. He works tirelessly without complaint to ensure the guest stays taken care of.

I rate this place NO STARS. My boyfriend, our son and I had stayed here for over a year. When we arrived (July 2018), we got checked into a dirty room, no AC, and ROACHES everywhere! When we told the girl at the front desk she said, "Sorry, there are no Housekeepers on duty right now." She wouldn't change our room, so we technically had to stay in a super hot dirty room. We have been asking for our AC to get fixed for over 6 months. Managers would say, "The guys are coming". But, of course never did. They would never let us switch rooms either because, we had dogs. So, people with animals were not allowed to switch rooms because supposedly it leaves "a smell". Also, all animals had to be on the 3rd floor. Nobody ever came to the 3rd floor because half of the staff is afraid of dogs. The hallways smelled like straight cat/dog pee. They never did anything about it until corporate finally came around and took care of the issue theirselves. There have been numerous events that have happened here that I don't think anybody wants to face. There was a shooting in the stairwell, and nobody did anything. Two 18 year old boys shot each other in the stairwell. Bullet almost went into the room next door. Which had 2 babies and a loving couple. They left that night because of the fact nobody did anything about the situation. A woman got stabbed in the head on the 4th floor, and never kicked out the man who did it. Thank god the woman didn't die. Countless nights interrupted because of neighbors getting their rooms raided, or people first fighting, or slamming cabinets, and doors. Staff is extremely unprofessional. There is only one person at the front desk that ever helped us. Even though she couldn't do much because she didn't have the authority. I have seen one of the front desk girls get run over TWO times. by her own boyfriend(s). This place is nowhere for children to stay. Especially, when the staff is outside smoking pot, meth, or drinking with guests who stay there. (I have seen this with my own eyes). We have also had a staff member steal money from our personal account. We were always positive in our account. With only one certain person it was always negative. Never got told why and never got the money back either. The manager doesn't want to face you she has her employees do her dirty work. I come from a background of management, and this is not how you "manage". The place is really it's own little "hood" you could say. People that had been there longer than us called it "HoodSprings" that says a lot. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Manager never takes responsibility for anything that goes on. She will kick you out of the hotel other than try to fix the problem. It's easier, and it works. Also, the staff acts more unprofessionally if you are cool with them. Do not get on these peoples good side because, once your cool with them you are friends, and not guests. They do not accommodate friends the same way they do guests who don't get too involved with the staff. Manager also only has certain people pay late fees. I was one of them. Even though they knew our money was right. The ones she "liked" didn't have to pay late fees. You will know when you are late and you come down to an extra $40 on your room. That they keep anyways. Seen with my own eyes. I would rate this place NO STARS. But, I have to rate to post. Glad I left and I never want to go back. Crappy people and Management.

Stayed for over two weeks, and had to beg for them to clean my room. They did not clean it when they said they would. Management seemed lazy and always making excuses. Mildew in shower, had to remove myself with mildew removing spray. Room smelled musty. When I asked for clean sheets it took them over five hours to dry a blanket. WiFi was always extremely spotty and unreliable.
