Best burgers in the Kingwood area, hands-down! The owner and staff are friendly and inviting. French fries are delicious! Burgers are incredible! I have a cold beer or a wine cooler or fresh iced tea !!! Kid friendly !! Can't go wrong !!

With the arrival of our first nice fall cool front, my wife and I decided to go to Bill's and sit out on the patio. What a spectacular day and as usual the food was great. I had a cheeseburger with onion rings and a handful of the fried mushrooms and fried zucchini slices. My wife had a burger with tater tots. The burgers at Bill's are so good. The buns are buttered and lightly toasted on the griddle, the burgers are big and cover the entire bun; they are cooked to medium but are not dry at all. Sides were piping hot and tasty. Ice tea is home brewed and as usual, drinks are self serve but the food is brought out by the lovely server we have seen there for so long. About the only thing that isn't perfect is the way that TXDOT did the sidewalk in front, it used to be all open for vehicles to pull in and park but when they redid the road and widened it the made an entrance/exit at both ends of Bill's property and with the raised sidewalk it makes parking your car in the front spaces a bit hard.

The kind of atmosphere that one can truly savor a classic old school kind of burger in. The apps are served by the piece so I could get a combo of all my favorite fried delicacies. The meat on the burger tasted fresh and hand made patty. The owner was there talking to long time patrons and the lady working was attentive and nice. Support local and go get you a down home delicious burger.

I had this place bookmarked for a visit (but can't remember why) and was in the area last weekend so I stopped by for lunch. Currently there is road construction going on directly in front of the restaurant and there is parking in front and on the sides of the building. The sign says "since 1945" and looking at the building I believed it. Inside it's one small room with a long bar with stools and a few tables with chairs. It has an old bar vibe to it with many old baseball hats stapled to the walls along with a few lighted beer signs. However there were no visible beer coolers or taps. I guess they keep the beer either in the back or under the bar. The only drink dispenser I saw was an iced tea container. The floor is not level and slanted towards the front door. There is a larger and covered outdoor eating area adjacent to the building too. The limited menu consists of only a few hamburgers and sandwiches along with 3 steak options. I ordered the regular burger with fries and the food took about 10 minutes to arrive. First thing I noticed were the home made fries. That's a plus! They were hot and had a very good potato flavor. I appreciate any restaurant that goes to that trouble. The hamburger was dressed and also enjoyed. I guess that the beef patty was about 1/3 lb. Overall, I gave this meal a 3.5. The burger was solid in content but I noticed the the beef could have been seasoned more. I was not asked how I wanted the patty to be cooked. Table service was friendly. Bill's Cafe is a casual, neighborhood type of eatery/hangout. It has a very limited menu and is probably frequented by locals living nearby. I would return but wouldn't make an effort to drive here unless I was close by. I round down to a 3 overall score only for that reason. A 4 score to me is somewhere that I would make an effort to return even if not nearby.

We absolutely loved the food at Bill's Cafe. Most of my family has never eaten there, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent, the lady serving us was very attentive to our needs. And the restaurant itself has an eclectic style, I thought the old hats on the walls was fun. I enjoyed going to Bill's Cafe, and plan on going back soon.

Absolutely everything I love this place. It gives it such a Home feeling. It's been here so long wonderful food. I've never eaten anything. I didn't like and we love the steak for two. It's the best And the hamburgers and ice cold beer is awesome too
