I have celiac and told them I needed gluten free and soy free ingredients. The front staff asked the manager for a card that stated their dishes ingredients. What the manager said" we are too busy to look for that card. They were too busy". Too indifferent for my special needs. I will not be going back if that's how they treat their customers with celiac

I received a call from the corporate office to which i missed i called right back and still haven't spoken to anybody apparently they could careless how their customers get treat this company is completely unprofessional, can't even return a call that I placed three times to speak with them. Suggest going to a more professional restaurant that treats it's customers with the respect they deserve.

This is my first time EVER coming to chipotle, it was a really good experience but the chips were stale and the taco.The line was not really long but right after the line was SUPER LONG behind us,the chicken was my FAVORITE PART of the meal, the chicken was chewy and I like that type of chicken, it starts of normal but after you chew the chicken it BURSTS WITH FLAVOR it was spicy but over all 4 star review.

I just arrived in Houston and was looking for a quick bite to eat near my Hotel and so we stumbled here! Great location, clean location, and everything appeared just like their own food chains across America. The line moved fairly quickly as we all ordered a burrito bowl. I do have a food restriction and the attendant behind the counter recommended the Sofritas. It's basically a spicy organic tofu dish to take place of meat but the attendant told me it's was seafood. Lol! It really didn't matter to me but I was thankful, they should add shrimp to the menu as another option. Food was still warm when we arrived at our hotel and I was extremely hungry. Food was good! I love all the spicy sauce options to add to my dish because I'm not a tofu fan so the sauces helped me to cover it up more.

My Husband and I placed an online order with the Chipotle Deerbrook location. My husband came home with the food, and when we opened our food, we were disgusted. Our burrito bowls were thrown together... I asked for chicken, and there was no chicken, you can see in the picture of the horrible food prep. Furthermore, they employees all had bad attitudes and looked like they didn't want to the at work, and it showed in the way they prepared our food. I called the store back and asked to speak with a manager, she said we have to come back to get a refund, so when my husband drove back, I then receive a call saying "because this is an online order, I have to call the 1800 number, Now she could have said that over the phone, the first time, instead of having my husband drive all the way back. I did call the number, gave my complaint, and received a refund ( 3-5 days) . I expressed to Chipotle that the customer service was unsatisfactory. Chipotle Deerbrook was a disappointment and an inconvenience. I urge the company to take action on their employees' customer service, and productivity.
