We took the kids for their homeschool play day & it was a great experience. The employees were friendly & helpful, the location was clean (but it was raining & there was a leak in the ceiling in the entrance) there as actually and employee walking around cleaning. The bathrooms were clean as well. The food was good & the games were fun. Free parking.

This little child was chasing my 2 year old around barking screaming "I'm the alpha" and then proceeded to get on the giant horse and it broke in half NEVER AGAIN!!

For a little kid place it's actually pretty clean. For a Saturday it was packed with birthday parties. We only came to let the kids play games. So I can't review on the food. But the games were as clean as it could be for a very busy Children's place. There was a good range of games children and toddlers. Only didn't give 5 stars because the restroom was yuck

Really disappointing birthday party. Our attendant didn't communicate anything clearly with us. We had no idea when anything was supposed to be happening. She spoke so softly that I couldn't ever hear what she was trying to say. She kicked us out EARLY from our table. She suggested we leave 10-15 minutes early so she could clean. Then a family member asked if we could just finish opening gifts first and she started clearing the table putting all our belongings on seats. She didn't help with drinks or clearing the table while the party was happening. Then she wouldn't take anyone's dipping dots order. She wanted me to pick ONE flavor for the whole table. Which left many kids in tears. We ordered one extra pizza and she added drinks (that we already had) as a new order so one more one topping pizza added $50 bucks to the party. She also didn't give us our tickets from the wind/ticket/birthday game. She truly made birthday party stressful and horrible. I will NEVER return. This was an expensive nightmare.

This location is very poorly managed . Everything here is dirty , messy, and broken . Tables are dirty , floors , restrooms . Everything . Went to the restroom at the same time a worker did and she did not wash her hands . Spoke to the manager about it and she claimed that she washed her hands in the kitchen . As a customer how are we sure she did ? That was very dirty and unprofessional of her and that's how easily disease can spread. . Never coming back to this location

Great customer service and a good game selection for the kids. There were a few good games that were really entertaining fir adults like the Jurassic game, fighter pilot game, and a couple others. The stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good.

Had a good time. Staff was fine. Ticket woman was the least patient even though there was nobody behind us. Only 2 Ticket counter machines were working. But Most games were operational (saw one being repaired). Didn't try the food. Pretty crowded by 12:30. They kept repeating the 6 min count down for chuck's appearance but he never came so we finally just left.

Avoid going Especially on the weekend. Most machines dont give out tickets and thats if you can even get them to work. Way over crowded and almost certain that the occupancy level is breached every weekend, this creates a dangerous environment for everyone inside. Best time to visit this place is on a week day in the afternoon. Free WiFi is advertised but I have yet to see that connection happen, may be due to the amount of people inside all on the network. The food is BLAH! And overpriced. If you want to book a party there is a 50$ deposit that is non refundable.

I've never seen a kid leave Chucky Cheese without a huge smile on his/her face. So if I was a kid, I'd probably give Chuck E Cheese 5 stars, although my wife says I sometimes act like one. We went here for my niece's 2nd birthday party. When we arrived, the staff had our two tables ready to go. As we waited for our party to show, the employees came around and began to set up some a spot for the gifts and cake. Once they saw that everyone attending the party was present, they began to take our orders. Their menu consists of pizza, salad and not much variety beyond that. The employees were very helpful and even assisted us in calculating the amount of pizzas we needed for our group. As for the taste of the pizza, it was okay. A bit greasy. I didn't try the salads. After eating is when the fun really starts. The kids begin to run around like crazy maniacs trying to spend their tokens as fast as they can and collect hundreds of those darn tickets. Then they go find their parents or uncles so they can give them more tokens. This is a good time to take some Aleve. After a couple of hours of playing games, the kids will come to you with thousands of those little tickets. They will force you to the line where they can use the tickets to get prizes. Be prepared to stand in this line for a minimum of 20 minutes. My son will pick like 25 small prizes even though he has a gazillion tickets. This makes the process last even longer. My biggest complaint is not about Chuck e cheese but some of the rude and ghetto people that come here.
