This is the WORST dominos!! Every single time i order the food sits in "quality check" for 20+ minutes before it moves to delivery status. Every single time the food is COLD and half ass done!! There's literally no cinnamon on the cinnamon twist! I'm paying for the food and tipping i don't understand how hard it is to put some effort into it!

We always order here and they do a great job! Today was a horrible day . How is there three workers and I had to go get the pizza ? And it was cold...if I would have been known to get the pizza I WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE! THEN I order a pasta for my kid and it was half empty . HALF EMPTY! Our driver called at 5:55 and said our order would be there in 10 mins. At 6:21 he called again and said "hey you're at City Hall, right?!" No, we gave him a residential address. Fast forward to 6:51, our order says delivered, my husband called the driver back who says "sorry I delivered it." We're now on hold waiting for management with pizza nowhere in sight... where did this loser deliver our pizza? This is ridiculous, finding an address through a map on your phone should be a minimum requirement to be a delivery driver?

I'm going to be really honest and say that when ordering pizza for delivery, I'm not usually a Dominos girl, bc I love the flavors at Papa Johns and Pizza Hut is probably second fav for me... but I live in Fall Creek and both those stores are really really bad. REALLY Bad. At Papa John's/Pizza Hut, you have to order extra cheese to get the normal amount (and it's normally pretty light anyways) and if you forget you get a pink pizza bc the cheese is so thin. Pizza comes cold or room temp and sometimes burned and yes I've totally seen a hair. Blech. So I had a coupon for Dominos, and decided to give it a try. WOW.I had kind of forgotten what good fresh cheesy pizza had tasted like, in this inflation economy. I'm going to say something kind of shocking, so prepare yourself... are you ready? They actually put extra cheese on your pizza if you order it . I know right? Totally crazy in this economy when everyone is trying to cut costs and quality to compensate . This is not just one order mind you, but my last 3 have all been excellent, and have arrived really quickly and actually come fresh and oh the beautiful gooey thick cheese . And the pizza tracker is a great add! Please support business locations like this, that obviously care about quality control/assurance and are offering a high quality product. I really don't think you'll be sorry. Ok, keep in mind it's November 2023 (in case you don't look at the dates on the reviews), but if you're looking at bad reviews, make sure they're current bc management, personnel can always change. As of right now, this location is phenomenal, although I will be sure and update this if that changes. Now as always with ANY pizza place, until the stores are staffed and run solely by the robots, mistakes can happen. It hasn't happened yet with this location, but even if it happens down the road, as long as the quality stays at a 10, they'll continue to get my business.... at least until the cheese runs out!

We've ordered from here multiple times and had it delivered and also picked it up. The pizza is always really good. A few times they've forgotten our extra side sauces but stuff happened. There's only been one time where they didn't have enough people and weren't able to deliver but we are right down the street and easily went and got it. Their app is always correct and updating. Where it's located is a little run down looking. So can't blame just them. A few upgrades to help with the look of them and the whole shopping strip would help

Usually do delivery and the pizza has been good, however I did curbside pickup. Lucky I checked the receipt and sure enough they brought me someone else's order. So I had to go inside to get it corrected. Check y'all's order before leaving!
