My boyfriend and I wanted to try the viral dominoes pizza and he went inside to order and James notified us of the online discount. James was very professional, informative and welcoming! I went back in to get napkins and a soda and Tis was so sweet and smiley. My boyfriend and I had 2 separate interactions with her and we both said to each other how nice and helpful she was. (we have a baby in the car hence why we have to switch with going inside) 10/10 customer service! It's hard to find places that employees don't have an attitude or are just friendly. Thank you!

The manager canceled my Order even though the app routed my order to her store. Call me 3 time when I called back she had an attitude and said she couldn't do anything about my pizza order. So basically she said wasn't going to do anything to hello me nor the order. 0/10 wouldn't recommend

Saw the low ratings, so I had to leave a post ...Probably the best Dominos pizza I've had from a visual and taste perspective in awhile. I typically order from the dominos in the Porter area, but shout out to this location. Whoever made this pizza takes their craft seriously and for that I thank you!

My toppings were chicken bacon and spinach. As you can see an entire piece didn't have any toppings and there's maybe 8 pieces of chicken. I asked the manager, Danny what happened and he says the more toppings you add the less of the bigger topping you get. I told him this was the worse pizza I ever purchased from there and his response was "no ma'am, it's actually a pretty good looking pizza". He offered to remake it but I declined because he was clearly upset with my comment. I gave three stars because it tastes good but....Never again Dominos!

I'm a former employe and I can say after working nearly a full year here, do not and I repeat do not order food from here or look for work with this establishment. The manager misses Emily Cornwell is the worst Gm I have ever worked under in the food industry. After working 9 months and seeing some of the most grotesque food handling and costumer care service I can say without a doubt this establishment dominos on 1006 FM 1960 bypass rd. E. is not where you want to be. The Gm cut my hours from 30-35 too 11 hours after getting a pay cut from being a driver making 10.50 plus tips too 9.50 without tips and instore only. There is reasoning for this was because my drive score was too low but in reality, the trackers were out of date and were tracking improperly, prior to the hour decrease I had gotten a raise while being a driver too the 10.50 but within less than a week i got fired and had to reapply to work instore. thus, getting a pretty heavy pay cut. and not to mention i originally had a direct deposited set up with my bank but evidentially i was auto filled out for an employee Paycard without my knowledge and just today after realizing I still had no money in my account did some digging and found out about the Paycard. when i went to transfer my money from the Paycard it was declined and for no specified reason, and when i went to check on the website for my available balance there was no longer any money on the card, and now I am forced to have to wait 4-5 business days for the company of the pay card to fix whatever is going wrong on their end just to get my money out. This is by far the most trouble I have ever had with any job i have worked at, they miss handle the food improperly they don't keep things clean there are roaches sometimes in their freezer that they have to pick out of the food before serving to customers. The general atmosphere is dreadful and beyond draining especially when your boss Letterly will yell at you like some sort of machine and i don't say this lightly the GM would quite Letterly verbally degrade me by means of demand meant and would threaten too fire or send me home if i so much as try and have a conversation about why she would talk to me in such a manor. She is very hateful and very sneaky about this whole thing never referring to talk to me before cutting my hours and when i mentioned it she just said yes that your shift and wouldn't elaborate on why i got a hour cut all of the sudden or anything of the sort. so, i took the hint that maybe i shouldn't be working there anymore and quit. and now I'm having the worst time trying to get ahold of the money I'm owed for working 3 weeks since reapplying for instore and of course me going to my bank and trying to get help with figuring out how to transfer my money over they charged me fees for using the Paycard with my own bank and thus i am in the negative because my money is not in my account anymore its somewhere i know not where. if there is a bad review that will keep you away from this store this would the one. if anyone tries and say it's not that bad or that I'm making this up i implore you go there or simply work there for a time and do what i did which was do my job and then go home and you will see the poor management installed at this establishment, if they so much as think your quote on quote a "Karen" or that you don't like to be bothered while working and are there specifically for the money you will be treated with total disregard and resentment. i did my best to fit in and to kindle a friendly workplace relationship but all i was meet with is a death stare and demand like i was being talked too like a 4-year-old who just broke something and any time i would mention anything about my miss treatment i was simply meet with more hostility. This GM is unprofessional and does not need to be in charge of any food industry, she is cruel inconsiderate, and zero fucks given about anything that doesn't concern herself and her own job position. she couldn't out right and say it which is why she treated me as such, but she did not like me for whatever reason it may be and did her best to see too it i was treated as poorly as possible to the point where i had to quit. i'm telling you DO NOT go here!

The customer service here is terrible enough that i had to post a review. I called to order lunch for my co workers and I, let me tell you that I was on hold for 30 minutes!! No one ever picked up the phone to place me on a brief hold, to take my order or to say the hold may take longer than expected. So i decided to drive there while being on hold to see what was going on, bot going to lie- I was craving some pizza from Domino's and some wings!! However, when I walked in, I let the tall caucasian guy know that I was on hold for 30 minutes and that no one answered the phone. He told me and I quote "yea I know, I'm busy." He said it in a very non chalant way so I told him never mind and that I no longer wanted anything. He we t back behind the counter. Jeff, these people are making you look bad!! Should be embarrassed

VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in at 10:45am to order a few pizzas for an employee luncheon. The Dominos employee stated he had too much going on and refused to take my order. There were no other customers, but he told me to go order online. I politely took my business to the Pizza Hut around the corner where my business was appreciated and i received excellent customer service from Pizza Hut.

NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOL !!! Only workers that were wearing mask, were the two men at the register assisting customers. While the gentlemen that were fixing the pizzas and boxing the food WAS NOT. They weren't even wear gloves nor wearing a mask while making customers food. They were touching customers food with their bear hands and didn't even have the decency to put their mask on, that is beyond disgusting. Secondly after encountering this I had the workers to redo my order with gloves and their mask on, once I got home with my food they didn't even put the toppings I paid a additional cost for on my pizza. After calling a numerous of times, I was never able to speak to anyone in regards to the failure of my order.
