Hello, my 3 cousin and I rented a jeep from Enterprise in Kingwood , 22500 59 N. on Saturday April 13th- 15th, 2024. The car was given to us not clean inside and gasoline was in the empty zone. This was disappointing and not professional at all. After we got started on the road after going to the gas station, we eventually had a great road trip Annie J.

I'm writing to complain about my mom's experience at this particular location. On April 19 my mom called to confirmed with Marcus at Enterprise that her rental contract should terminate. At the same time, while my mom was on the phone with Marcus, my sister was there at Enterprise with the rental truck. Marcus confirmed he was closing it- it was done. I know this because I was with my mom to hear the conversation. I even recorded it- Marcus confirmed he's closing it. Turns out my sister asked to take it (which meant Marcus didn't close the card out) with the promise that she would return the next day with her own payment to cover it. Well she didn't, and a couple of days later Marcus calls my mom to let her know that the car is still out.... It finally got returned April 29 and each day past April 19 my mom was stuck with the bill. Obviously my sister has issues, but what is Marcus' excuse?!?! Very poor management. Tells my mom it's done, then lets my sister leave with it and keeps charging my mom. Doesn't immediately pick up the phone to give her an update??? Just WOW.

5 start is truly not enough for the customer service that Tavia Parham Provided! Her lovely voice was the first thing I heard as she greed me in. She welcomed me with the biggest beautiful smile I have seen . Her qualifications in customer service were beyond good. she made me feel calm as she explained my whole rental process. I can say she went above and beyond to get me a car where my kids and I would to be comfortable and happy. I will definitely come back! I have been renting car's for available 20 years and Enterprise Rental Car has continued to receive a poor grade from me year after year. This company continues to fall below standards in the rental car industry, poor customer por reliability, poor reservation and overall performance in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend Enterprise rental to my worst enemy, pay the Airport fees and rent from different rental company at the Airport where at least your reservations will be honored and kept by Hertz or National Car Rental or any other company but Enterprise avoid the disappointment and stay away from any Enterprise location.

Enterprise is a horrible, money hungry company that should be shut down!!! I rent cars often because I don't like to drive my own car when going out of town for family trips. This was the second time in 2 months that I rented with enterprise and had an issue.... never again.... I'm done with your company. This location isn't the one I use but the location nearest me seems to have taken their page off of Yelp.... lucky for them because I was going to rip them a new one for being unprofessional and almost ruining a family vacation..... Last month I reserved a large SUV weeks in advance and when I went to pick up my car, the sales rep tried to give me an old, beat up gold colored Expedition. There were large cracks in the windshield that could have obstructed my view while driving, scratches along the side like some had hit a guardrail, and the trunk door and inside floor was broken apart. He really had the audacity to try to rent me this vehicle for full price (let alone at all). This car should have been taken off the lot or repaired. Luckily, there was a nicer sales rep that brought me a newer model Armada that had been cleaned and was functioning properly. But the fact that someone thought it was ok to try to rent that Expedition out was ridiculous!!! Fast forward to this month, I reserved a large SUV weeks ahead of a family trip; however, the morning I went to pick it up I got a call that they were all out of SUVs and would "look" for one for me...WHAT!!! I was supposed to be leaving in an hour to head out of town with my family and they are just now telling me they don't have a vehicle. I was pissed!!! They were ruining the start of my family's vacation because they over booked and didn't have the vehicle they promised me. Luckily, I was able to call around to another car rental place (not enterprise) and get a vehicle to fit my family and luggage. But that is completely unprofessional.... how can you do that to people and still live with yourselves....NEVER AGAIN!!! You've lost a customer for life.....

Pros: always has the vehicle that has been reserved. Cons: terrible customer service and can NEVER seem to have anyone to pick you up which is something consistently stated by the company. I don't know if it's just this particular location. You stand there waiting for someone to help you and you get ignored. Will not be renting from this location ever again. It's not the entire Enterprise company, it's this location.

Currently been sitting at this place for over an hour and a half. My sister was in a accident, progressive was covering the rental etc. Get there they stated it'll just be a 15 minute wait. Almost two hours later still waiting smh. If you choose to use this location prepare to wait is all I'll have to say. Not a quick and easy in and out kinda thing. If you have time to wait then do check them out. If your in a hurry I recommend considering another location.

I saw that I could save about half the money by going here and not using the airport. Our flight was delayed. By the time we got there, they had given our car away because we were over an hour late. It's hard to call at 30K feet and tell them that we are running behind. The guy at the counter just smirked and acted like it wasn't his problem. Never going back to Enterprise again.
