No stars!!!! Our chicken sandwiches looked like the u were re heated from yesterday so hard to eat I had to pull it apart just to get a little meat... the bread was good. And out of KFC sauce. The chicken location was not posted.

@2:41 pm, I visited this location only to get home and pick up my biscuit and it was hard as a brick. I tried to call and the phone just rings and rings. At the bottom of the box under the chicken is "brown grease ", Clearly you don't care about the product that you put out. Those biscuits had to be from yesterday and the cooking grease hasn't been changed in a week or two. I paid tooo much money for this food, not to be able to eat it. Customer Service was on point, but the food was TRASH.

I see why they only have 1 1/2 stars! We live right up the street from this location and in the 3yrs we've lived here we have only had TWO pleasant experiences. We swore them off a few months prior to the pandemic so its been well over a year since our last visit. Decided to give them another chance. Well, once again it was a disappointment. I ordered on the KFC mobile app. Two 6pc hotwing meals one Honey BBQ with fries one plain with mac&cheese. Got to the store and ordere wasn't ready and they didn't have any Mac&Cheese. (Not having things is a common issue here and was one of the reasons we stop going to this location) then I get home and both my orders were short 1wing. On top of the fact that the customer service wasn't all the pleasant either. So I took a survey on the app about my experience and they responded and sent me a $10 voucher for my troubles. So since it was free money I decided yet again to give them another shot. . Today i went in store and ordered a 24pc wings, half bbq half plain and a large fry. Got my order in a timely fashion and it all was fresh and hot. So far so good.. I get in my truck and remembered what happened last time so I counted my wings. The bbq were short 2 wings and only only had a drizzle of sauce. So I counted the plain wings.. they were over by 2(no but deal) I put the 2 plain wings where they go and to the container back in the store and asked for more sauce. I figured they would get the point so I didn't check them the second time just went on my way. Got home and opened them up and the pic attached shows wings with "EXTRA" sauce.! I'm done with this location before they turn us against ALL KFCs.. Ps. On this last visit my entire experience was with a manager from purchase to preparation..

I didn't purchase anything due to the fact that the person taking the order had an unpleasant attitude. He kept asking the same question even when it was given to him several times. I've should have known something when no one was in the establishment.

Got 8 piece family meal at the location in humble and it was terrible. Can't say the service was good because they are serving old food. We should have checked our order before we left the drive thru.

establishment was so dirty they do not clean at night nor in the morning before opening floors where all dirty even a walking roach on floor wonder how the grease is where they cook for the people

I am very disappointed. I had decided to go there for lunch. I told the cashier I had 2 separate orders. When I arrived there, I ordered 3 wings and side with a drink. The only drinks they had available were Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Brisk tea. I was informed they didn't have any other drinks. The cashier had total both orders and stated she didn't know how to separate them. The wings taste like they were under the heat lamp for a while while mash potatoes were luke warmed. I would not go back to this location again. Disappointed customer.
