I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. The biscuit is so hard. It's so dry. I can't even choke it down with my drink. I made it clear that I wanted to be sure that the food was not the way I received it. however, English was clearly not understood, and the gentleman looked at me like I was speaking a foreign shit is getting old people learning English understand English I will not be back. I'm done with fast food. I'm over will no longer get any more of my money. They do not deserve my money.

Mold in my sweet tea. I almost drank that. This is my local McDonald's and I've never had this happen. Absolutely disgusting hopefully you guys are cleaning that thing.

You know, I never thought I'd stoop so low as to review a fast food restaurant, much less my local McDonald's. Look, I wouldn't have ever entered this place if it weren't for the fact my son had to use the restroom and we had planned to go there for lunch anyway the original plan was the drive through. Anyway, to get an idea of the interior, look up episode 5 of Smiling Friends. It takes place in a fast food chain called Saltys. You'd think they referenced this (and perhaps many other fast food joints) Sticky tables, puddles on the floor of unknown liquid, FLIES. FLIES EVERYWHERE? Their iconic self serve kiosk which I'll openly say is terrible did not have any table tents with the numbers, but they insist on customers using them so the cashiers can focus on their tasks that include: just kind of hanging around. What I thought was funny was that the cup proudly boasts that this McDonald's is locally owned. DUH 90% of McDonald's are franchises but with that being said it fills me with a white hot rage to think that a local humble resident is managing this location and is 100% okay with this standard for their fellow neighbors. I mean, I don't personally know this person but at this point I wouldn't want to. I'd hate to see what your house would look like if you were left to your own devices.

Yesterday, October 20,2024,, On my way to Bible Study and stopped in front of the neighborhood at the McDonalds and I wish I hadn't but my granddaughter wanted hotcakes and I decided to get a breakfast burrito for myself. Getting on the way, my granddaughter lets me know that she doesn't have syrup for her pancakes. Time wasn't on our side so she said it's OK Nana, I'll try to eat it dry. Then I hear... they didn't give me a fork Nana. I'm getting HOT by now but I did find a "spoon" in my car. Opening my burrito I noticed it was hard. ( first time I tried them they were so fluffy and soft ). Now I'm boiling hot but don't have time to go back. If I hadn't thought about asking for sauce for my burrito, I wouldn't have had any sauce. I couldn't eat it. The inside of the burrito was warm but the tortilla shell was cold and hard. I was especially mad because my granddaughter's food wasn't right. This McDonalds is going down by the minute. They don't care what they dish out as long as they're getting our money. I'm just disappointed and so sick of these sorry people. They don't care at all. I wouldn't recommend it to the dog pound.

I went here at 1am and there was some people or something that was making my food go boom it was entertaining but I'll never go here again

I work security every night at the apartment complex next to this location and every night at 3:30 they tell me (the system is down) and they only can take cash. So today I used the mobile app to get my food and they told me the same thing and I had to cancel it even though the order went through. Come to find out when I pulled up to the second window the app tells me that the store is closed. The system was never down they just marked the store closed on their end so they don't get that many orders because they are preparing to switch to breakfast. It's really annoying that they do this every day before it's actually time to switch and they choose to lie to us because they don't wanna do their jobs correctly. It's not cool at all man .

I normally get great service from this location, but tonight was not the case. Went inside to use my gift card only to be met with RUDE customer service from the alleged manager on duty Maria. Not only was she rude, after I asked for corporates number she proceeded to speak in Spanish to her coworkers about the situation. I am bilingual and understood every word. If this is the person in charge of the store and team, there needs to be a serious reconsideration. Do better. It takes nothing to be kind especially in customer service.

Yelp has them as 24hrs, they are always closed. The few time you get to drive thru they say open in 5 mins. Still don't open on time.

The owner can't know they stop taking orders at 2a, not even mobil orders they don't come to window or anything

Always have a horrible experience at this location.. today, I wasnt told about a coupon until time to pay. Then charged more then what was on the menu board. Also fries and Big Mac again were cold and old . Also my daughter ordered spicy McNuggets and received regular nuggets in a spicy container.. HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY AS WELL AD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My daughters nuggets were also old and cold.. she said they tasted like they were from yesterday.. staff and managers are rude!! They need to do a rehire event and actually hire managers and associates that care about their customers.
