Popeye's Tuesday Special from .99¢ to $1.49...a leg and a thigh. Gotta hand it to them for team work, the long line was constantly moving. I had fresh chicken and fresh biscuits. Portion size of the chicken was decent. Both had the franchise taste. Although, the spicy isn't spicy anymore. They still lack good customer service. I blame the owner.

Came here since my son was hungry and we were out and about. Lemme just say there's a reason why I hardly EVER frequent Popeye's - especially this location. My visits consist of the occasional apple pie purchase, in which I try to aim for a time during the week (NOT on a Tuesday) and before the dinner rush hour. They're ALWAYS super slow, ghetto and just lacking in any decent customer service whatsoever. My son wanted some simple wings and fries, in which he even had a backup plan to get a leg and thigh in case there was an issue (there's usually an issue). We waited, we ordered, took a restroom break, only to be asked to come to the counter because there were NO wings. :/ The so called manager said they didn't have wings and our order should have never been taken. Really, you think? She asked if we wanted something else, so I gave her the back up plan and waited again. So frustrating. She didn't bother to give anything extra, refund, SOMETHING, just more waiting. When he finally got his "food" I was so anxious to get out of there I didn't even check it. Turns out, they gave him chicken tenders. Lord help us.

Went thru the drive thru and the menu didn't have only chicken prices. I ask how much is an 8 piece dark and spicy... $12.99 I was told. I ordered, pull up to pay at the window and was told to pull up a little futher and someone will bring my order out. I then noticed tape on Popeyes window 10 piece mixed/tenders was $10.99. When the girl (Gaudalupe) came out to give me my 8 pieces, I asked her why didn't she tell me about the 10 piece deal that was cheaper. She basically said my bad sorry... (Big Sigh!!) Well when I get home and get myself and family to eat... tell me why is this in my box (see pic)... this is not a thigh or a leg... I am not happy

as everyone else said this location has horrific service. Told me I didn't have a mobile order and instead of bringing a manager to the window, told me to go inside. I go inside and the manager completely ignored me in favor of doing paperwork. The only reason I knew my order had gone through was because they were calling it out. Food is good but not worth the effort of dealing with bad service.

So I have been a customer for the past 8 years or more that I can recall and never experienced anything ,but great service until management was changed and now a Manager name Kiera young lady with lack of experience to take care of her customers I would say is now taken over this location my visits here have been a nightmare . But just recently what stood out the most has been my most recent visit this week on Tuesday 3/10 around 6-7 pm I have been to so many fast food restaurants used drive thru plenty of times , so for the first time I was actually using the drive thru here because I enjoy coming in and dining in and theirs no line at all I'm the only one that day in drive thru was slow maybe three cars in the parking lot and it was raining terribly and I decided to use the drive thru due to the weather I open my window wait about two minutes and said hello multiple times in the intercom decide to drive to the window and get their and just to get told to return back to the intercom that clearly no one answered to place my order I ask for management and she restated the same thing after I mentioned I waited and no one responded and that manager Kiera had no customer service to wards couldn't even make eye contact with me I still gave her minute to rethink the whole thing all I never have encounter such terrible situation that both cashier and her refuse to take my order I wasn't asking for Anything for free literally no line at all and they refuse to take my order ... I'm very disappointed at the cashier and management their ..never coming to this location again ! They have lost a loyal customer I'm their about twice a week for sure sometimes more because I use you guys for social events ..over all management needs to be replace with someone who actually cares for their customers..

I went there today. They didn't give me my receipt. I asked for it and they said they weren't good giving them due of the Covid 19. I got home and got the wrong order. I tried calling for 2 hours and no one answered. I live 20 minutes away. I will never go back to this place.

Still Horrible service and insane wait times EVERY time at this location and for good measure they are very rude as well. Seriously the owner should drop by and use the drive through sometime to see what it's like. How can a place be this crappy so consistently.
