HORRIBLE! Bare necessities. Front desk is useless. The chicken just sits there and stares at you. Personality if a flea. Called several times about a loud party going on until 3AM. She did absolutely nothing. It's the usual 1 star joint with the shower head pulling away from the wall. Big chips in the tub. Exposed dirty drains under the sink. Definately not a place I would even consider taking my socks off. You get what u pay for. Cheap rules this joint.

I was in town, picking my wife up from the airport and learned she was going to have a several hour delay. I stopped in here to ask if it was OK to chill in the lobby for a bit because of the delay the plan was to relax a bit and then grab something to eat at the restaurant. I was told that the only way I could stay would be if I bought something at the restaurant. It may be just the ornery and me coming out but the fact that they insisted I buy something or I could not stay let me to leave. They could have just said it was OK and I would have bought some thing but the way they did it was cheap and definitely not very good customer service.

Great price. Near humble Texas and intercontinental. I was looking for places where I can have dinner and a drink. I travel quite a bit and many hotels don't have restaurants or bars. The restaurant is open until 11 PM. The bar is open till 2 am. I'm sitting at the bar right now having dinner and a drink. Servers are friendly and helpful. They have reasonable prices and dinner specials. Somewhat of a limited food menu but love my dish. At 7 they have happy hour music live upstairs karaoke prob. 9 pm. I like the value, location and other options. Pool is beautiful. Rooms are just fine, no frills - but has fridge and microwave. Desk chair etc for professionals. My only complaint is the tv stations. When I first got to my room it was mostly like shows selling products.

Needed a place close to the airport and this place had rooms. It was pretty TERRIBLE! First off, the staff was awesome! Hardworking, sweet and responsive, but between the honking ALL NIGHT LONG from the car parking lot next door (car alarms and horns), the lack of Wi-Fi (would've been nice to know it didn't work before we checked in), the broken ice machine and overall dated and worn out rooms, this place sucked.There are some nice touches, a decent looking restaurant, some cute artwork and light fixtures and it seems like they're trying to update, however it isn't enough for me to recommend. Anyway, a huge reminder as to why you should always read EVERY SINGLE REVIEW!

Online (ParkSleepFly) it stated this location was recently renovated. It must have meant the lobby because the room we stayed in was disgusting. It's a war your socks, check for bed bugs type of place. The only PRO is that it's 2 miles/ 5 minutes from the airport. They offer a free shuttle but we waited 35-40 minutes to be picked up from the airport when we were told 15-20, and it's was already "fully booked" for the timing we needed the next day so we ended up having to get an Uber. When we arrived to check in (mind you it was 1am, we had been traveling since 2pm and only have about 6-7 hours before needing to be back to the airport), we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby and check us in. They knew we were on the way because we had to call from baggage claim for the shuttle. We had to call on the phone twice as we were standing in the lobby to get someone's attention to come out of hiding and check us in. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep for 6-7 hours, but if you have time to spare-- don't stay here.

The entire place smelled like cigarettes and the walls were paper thin so I could hear every movement the next door neighbor made . Hallways were dark ,door felt flimsy like anyone could push it open, food remnants on floor, no wonder they have cockroaches. I woke up with a second-hand-smoke-induced sore throat and feel dirty even after showering. 0/10

Let me first start off by saying that this place is DEFINITELY what I pay for. The little young looking girl at the front seemed to have a boyfriend visiting her and she seemed annoyed when we rolled in. Her tone and attitude were below sub par. That was the first warning. Second was that our room smelled a bit like mildew. Maybe front he AC being on for long periods of time. When I walked in tho, it was 80 in my room. Ugh. I put the AC at a 70 but within two hours the room Began to smell even worse. 3rd thing was that the toilet wasn't flushing! We had to take the top off, hold down the rubber cap to get the water to fill up. Ew! Lastly, we were told to be downstairs at 345 to leave at 4am shuttle to the Airport. Jackie, the driver was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! First off, she came at 358am!!! She was looking like a hot mess, clothes looking like she rolled out of bed, hair was EVERYWHERE with bed head and her ATTITUDE was so bad I HAD TO TELL HER SOMETHING. She came storming inside the hotel saying "NO NO TOO MANY PEOPLE". I told her that there were only 6 people going but she insisted there was too many. I told her I have a picture of the list, but she proceeded to barge inside to talk to the front desk and waste MORE time ‍ I understand that this service is not the hotels fault BUT it IS A REFLECTION of your hotel and that is BAD business!

So, it is what it is - a cheap hotel near the airport and you get what you pay for. Although the room was decent, the service at the front desk both checking in and checking out was just horrible. Very surprising for major chains like Ramada and Wyndham that the staff at this location was not trained better. They weren't busy, so there was no excuse for lack of service and unprofessionalism. As stated before, the room was decent. Fairly spacious and comfortable with standard amenities that were all just want we needed. It all seemed clean and tidy, but the bathroom could use a little upgrade or refresh. Only problem in the room was the room safe did not work. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but does not run on a convenient schedule and seemed very slow. You are better off just paying for a Uber which wasn't very expensive anyways. If I had to stay there again because I had no other options, I would, but I can not recommend this place nor would go back if I had a choice.

Normally, I look at reviews before I stay at hotels, but I had to take an unexpected trip and this was one of the only places with open space. A few months ago, when I walked into the building, the establishment definitely reeked of weed. The receptionist at the front desk also made me wait 10 minutes to check in because she was on what seemed to be a personal call. When I was walking to my room on the 1st floor, it definitely felt a little creepy due to lack of lighting and the fact that it's just a bit older of a hotel that hasn't really gone through renovations in a while. My room was very dimly lit, smelled slightly musty/ old and there were shower stains in the bathtub. Other than that my room seemed decently clean, although I definitely didn't want to have to stay there.
