Received a spoiled chicken sandwich and the manager was very nasty. She went in to tell me since I didn't have my receipt, she was only giving me the same kind. Like really?! This is one of the slowest Subways, I've ever experienced. Employees texting hiding in the back while the line continues to build. All during peak hours (lunch).

I never seen someone so rude when taking your order, all he kept saying when you tell him what you want on your sandwich is WHAT!! Then just stare at me and the person behind me was looking at him like he crazy, I would never go there again I just can't, remember when you work at a job and you deal with customers please put a smile on your face and have manners.

First, let me say that I like Subway for a quick, cheap, healthy-ish meal. I'm also more of a positive reviewer. I'd rather write a nice review for a business that deserves it. I recognize it as being a leader in the "build your own to your tastes" model that has become so successful for other chains. I understand the challenges of running a fast-paced, low-cost restaurant and hiring good, reliable workers. After one or two bad experiences, I shrug it off as a hiccup. After more than that, there's a problem with the restaurant. I think Subway deserves to know when one of their franchise restaurants is dragging down the image of the overall brand. Today, I ran out of ingredients to make lunch for my husband and myself. He and I work at different schools that are roughly a quarter of a mile apart, and we carpool. I visited the Subway location that is almost next to my work during my planning period this morning to try to get food for lunch for myself and to drop off to my husband down the street. After the restaurant was supposed to be open and serving food, I tried to open the door, and it was locked. The woman inside literally waved me away and kind of mouthed something that I assume was "we aren't open." She was alone mopping the floor. I was also going to treat myself to breakfast. Oh well. So instead, I have to rush around to during my 30-minute lunch to get food for my husband and myself because we carpool, and his planning period is after lunch. I probably won't have time to finish my lunch. I use my lunchtime to decompress and prepare to teach the second half of the day. I will not be getting my lunch from Subway, even though it is the closest restaurant to me. I had another bad experience when I ordered Subway through Uber Eats. I placed my order online - a 6-inch meatball sub with provolone and a 6-inch, bacon, egg, and cheese with regular egg - on a day that I forgot to eat breakfast. When I got my food, there was only bacon and bread on my breakfast sandwich (no egg, no cheese) and no cheese on the meatball sub. I don't even know how you make those errors, since it was a simple order. Also, the person who made my order had a question about the bread. They called and left a message, but when I tried to call back, no one ever answered the phone. I called back several times and let it ring for several minutes because I knew they were probably busy. I have had other unsatisfactory experiences at this location. However, these are the two I remember most clearly. It is unlikely that I will ever visit this location again. Other teachers have mentioned similar experiences to me. I know two things. 1) These are not isolated incidents 2) I am not the problem. I would understand if I had submitted an overly complex order. And arriving after they should be open only to find the store closed despite there being an employee present is unacceptable. I highly recommend that corporate look into the performance of this location, as they are reflecting very poorly on the overall Subway brand.

We visited store #30111 tonight at 8 pm. They were already mopping (which didn't bother us). But they were out of EVERYTHING! Black olives, mayo, wheat bread.... one of the employees was incredibly rude. Slamming containers around, clearly he did not want to assist us. So so disappointed.

They keep talking while fixing your sandwich, the lady that fixed my sandwich was just throwing stuff on the sandwich like hurry up! I tasted the NEW SRIRACHA CHICKEN... I likes it kinda a little spicy.

The waiters at this location have a very hard time getting an order right. If you don't come here with a simple ham and cheese order, turn around and go to kingwood. Maybe there they might have someone who speaks better English and comprehend orders.

Service was too ignorant for me to tell you how the food is. When I called to place an order the person answering asked if I wanted to make my order "by phone?" Yes, really. When I arrived for pick up the same guy (only person there) told me "You were over ten (10) minutes so I threw it away"! Could a Spicy Italian sandwich possibly go bad in the 20-30 minutes I took to arrive? Also, when I informed him the outside "Subway" sign was dark he pointed to the small illuminated sign on the door reading "open" and said "that one?", Again, really. After explaining that I was talking about the very large 8x20' sign that indicated the store's location and verified he understood which sign I meant, I asked if he knew how to turn it on. His answer? "I've no idea". Yes really! He indicated he's been working there two months. The shop hasn't been there long & I expect won't be much longer. Looked to be in early 20's, white with a beard. I believe he said his name is Rick but there's no reason for me to try to remember it. I won't go back.
