My first time coming to this subway and keep in mind i haven't ate subway in the longest. I came here to order a sandwich and the girl in front wants to have so much attitude like for what?? So unnecessary. Not coming here again

Went to this subway ordered 2 foot longs. We go to at least 2 times per week to subway never have they charged xtra for guacamole 1 scoop (yuk) I like the fresh one. Anyways saudí called manager to inform that others subway haven't charged us we even offered to show her our previous receipts from other subways in town. Manager/owner told her nope remake them another one! Lol we thought it was funny they rather lose a customer and 2 foot sandwiches for $1.00 scoop guacamole. Okay we went next door to eat.

I don't like leaving such low reviews . But I have my reasons with this one . I ordered my food through ubereats ... I ordered a footling... it was sloppy ... but yet good , I ate it all . But the presentation was not it . (They always do a good job btw) I ordered a sprite & chips ... don't know how to tell you how those tasted . I didn't get them . I paid for it ..... full price . I tried calling them , then never answered . I called them multiple times ..... I just want a refund on my drink & chips .. or me get them for free . Thank you .

AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE. This place is disgusting. We ordered our sandwiches Togo and started eating when we got home to discover our food tasted like FISH BUTT-HOLE. Absolutely inedible. Took one bite and spit it in the trash. Called this place and they refused a refund until we came back with the receipt and sandwiches. Brought the receipt back, forgot the sandwiches, they refused to give us a refund and said we were lying about it. This is talking to VINCENT, supposedly the gm of this place, on a cell phone of one of the employees. How unprofessional. I will never be back to this establishment.

Be very careful going to this particular Subway location or at least ordering from this location, I am not sure if it is they can not read English or just do not care what or how a customer wants their order. I ordered online because I am working and have no time to waste and I expected my subs to be ready and made the way I ordered them (and PAID) for them! I picked them up got back to work and they (WERE NOT) made to how I ordered them or paid for them. The store was empty no customers when I picked them up, but yet when I tried to call the store for a half hour they did not answer. I called subway Corp and complained I heard the same story they say I'll get responses with in 48 hours well that's not helping my hunger now! I expect this resolved in 48 hours! I will post updates on this!

I ordered a veggie delight since am vegan so i kinda wanted a lil extra of everything and told the lady i would pay extra she said no you can not i couldnt get anything extra i walked to just walk out but you know am a nice person so i still brought the sandwich but i wouldn't recommend this location at all
