Walked in and said good morning and got no response. The employee was making bread and her only response instead of saying good morning back was one moment. I was waiting then just walked out. This location has the worst service. Won't be coming back.

I would give 0 if possible My husband went in to order sandwiches... There were 4 young teen girls standing on the tables...taking photos... Also, none of them were wearing masks There was a young lady making sandwiches, my husband asked if masks were required and she said yes...looking intimidated (by the girls) No one else was in the restaurant so he said he would be back when people were wearing masks... While leaving the parking lot, one of the girls came out and flipped him off We will not return until employees can keep things under control We will contact the manager

the customer service here is really good, the two ladies who worked the evening shift accidentally pressed exact on the cashier right when i was about to pay for the rest of the balance of my sandwiches from the subway gift card i had, i only had to pay 5 dollars but the ended up waiving it. they had called their manager and gave me the two sandwiches for 10 which was be gift card balance. they are real cool and should get praise for the great service. i would have paid the 5 but it would have made it too complicated when they have to count their money at the end of the night. thank you again to the two ladies working tonight at 8:50 pm 8/18/18.

I made an online order on the Subway website and received an email with a confirmation number and proof of my payment that was processed. I go into the Subway restaurant at 1:20 and my order was supposed to be completed at 1:00, and the lady (a little rude) told me there was no order and could not give me free food. However, I showed her my confirmation email, as well as my processed payment and the correct location where I ordered my sandwiches because they were trying to convince me that I had maybe placed an order at a different Subway restaurant. I go on to call corporate and they were telling me that they were looking at my order at that very moment while I was still at the restaurant. It's now 1:50 and I still couldn't be issued a refund, because they didn't have a problem charging me, they just had a problem giving me the food that I paid for. When I was about to leave, an employee there asks if I could leave my name, phone number, the corporate number and name of the person I spoke to at corporate because "they were scared they were going to get fired". The other rude lady was also murmuring something about me due to the fact that I called corporate, I could hear her and she wasn't even trying to hide it from me. All I wanted was either my food or a refund. I wasn't even rude to them! And I was there for almost an hour trying to resolve my refund!

A bit hidden from civilization, but there's a Subway right when you get off the Beltway in the little plaza on Mesa Drive on the right side behind the Fall Creek sign, but in order to get there you need to make a right on Mesa and then make the next U-turn to go into the plaza, it's covered with tons of trees that you can't even tell there's anything there, but it's there! It's like any other Subway restaurant but since it is a hidden, there are no lines and the place is clean.

I went on a Sunday 30 mins before closing and they waved through the doors that they were closed. I went today, Monday, at 9:27pm and again they said they're closed and had the doors locked
