To be completely honest with y'all.... Had stopped fux'n with Taco Bell like in 2001ish. Tried it a few times after, like 2019, 2020, and 2021. The meat was trash. I really only like the crunchy tacos and used to be Mexican pizza. But like recently, 2022 recently...their ground beef has been on point. Now idk if it's because I'm tipsy, or ummmm... ...but either way...I bit into this crunchy taco at 12:23am 2-11-2022 and it had flavor yall lol. I lost my taste buds Dec 2020 and still haven't regained them. So for me to sit here and actually write a review about damn Taco Bell...and I don't have no taste buds or smell lol . I'm just saying...I taste the actual salt part of the beef. Before it was bland af. And no they're not paying me to write this. I'm legit FRFR. And the young lady at the window was pretty nice. And the food was hot too. So I had ZERO NEGATIVE things to say. Except for the cop pulling someone over across the street. But other than that...I'd go back there!! But that's just my experience at this location!! I went Thru the drive through around 11:00pm. But yeah...that's all I had to say! Byeeeee.

Went Thursday around 11pm worst experience. The lady at the window was super rude, and I waited about 30 minutes just to order. When confirming my order, she got snappy and mumbled as she walked away. Terrible service.

It's hit or miss here. It looks like a cooling center, many people just hanging around in here without food. The employees make you order from a kiosk.

Employee (Linda V), very rude. Lady has a "I don't want to be here" attitude at the speaker and window. I ordered cinnamon delights and she refused to make them, stated " I have to thawed them out". I told her ok I can wait on them and she said she didn't want to make them. The fact that this lady is mad because a customer is ordering food and she doesn't want to make it. If you don't want to provide service to customers just turn off the open sign! I don't know what kind of customer service y'all are providing but this isn't it.

I'm giving it a 1 star because of the staff, we went through the drive through and a Caucasian male was working with an African American female with blond ish air talking crap about there manager saying if they don't give him over time he was going to call immigration on him as he was taking our pay. Very un professional. He asked us to pull up front with out us saying anything and just closed the window. Food wasn't good cheese wasn't even melted. Very poor service. They also forgot our side of nacho fries and the one we ordered with the box the fries taste old and soggy. The taco was also super soggy.

They left out half of our order and when I went up they ignored me at the door, The person that finally answered the door was very rude creating the situation to be handled very poorly. It would help if you guys read what we ordered and gave it to us right.

it is Valentine's Day and I just received the worst service here from the drive thru person. I was trying to price match for my order since it was cheaper online and got treated so bad by this lady. I did not complete the order and took off. worst service ever horrible attitudes.

Don't go to this Taco Bell! I don't know why I keep trying to give this one a chance. I already have to check my bag before I leave the drive thru because they always forget something. Now I guess I have to individually open, look at every item, and investigate what they did wrong because they deliberately mess up your order and the quality sucks. Just went last night and ordered a CHEESE quesadilla with the jalapeño sauce on the side and a beefy 5 layer burrito with NO refried beans. What do I get? A CHICKEN quesadilla with the sauce on the side and then a burrito that was basically 90% beans and some meat. No sour cream. No shredded cheese. No nacho cheese. I will not be going to this Taco Bell anymore. Worse than a KFC/Taco Bell combined building...
