Very good smoothies but the service was not the best. The lady was pretty slow as I was in a rush to shop but was worth it. Also the ambiance was wonderful!

I was so disappointed because we used to enjoy their blueberry smoothie. Not only was I disappointed with the taste but the service was so poor. I almost cancelled my order because the person prepping my drink was on her phone talking to someone. Being in the customer service industry for over 30yrs ATTENTIVENESS has always been top of customer service 101. They need to retrain their employees. After the pandemic I strongly feel that anyone in the food service industry should always wear a mask so as to avoid contamination. Just something restaurant owners should consider.

You can come to Thirstys on Thursdays, but other days are fine too. This is a smoothie shop located at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble, which is an underrated Mall in some regards, but kind of a run-down Mall in other ways. The smoothies are pretty good, although kind of pricey, so I would give it somewhere between a 3 and 4, and it's hard to know which one to give. But I like them better than some of the Mall smoothies I've had, so I might lean towards at 4.

Have Gone here a few times softserve ice cream machine doesn't work told them the second time that they need to get it fixed and the female employees said not my problem poor customer service lack of empathy from the staff at Thirstys in the Deerbrook mall rather than saying you're right I'm sorry to be told not my problem not my fault is not a good way to speak with the customer he's upset about a product that should be available never being available
