guy at drive thru comm stopped our order mid order and said pull up. At window we asked if he added the junior bacon cheeseburger deluxe and he said "uhh yea". We were trying to order an extra drink since he cut our order short and was already taking the order of the person behind us. instead of asking for one second proceeded to tell the customer that we are interrupting him bc we decided to order at the window?? so rude

They are so confused here. Ask them questions they don't know. They don't know how to work the app. A certain Manager has a bad attitude as well. She wears heavy eye makeup. I'm sure of her name because it's always a different team member assigned to the till. I still go, but definitely try to avoid her. It's mainly the heavy makeup lady who ruins the vibe.

This particular establishment of this well-established chain almost made me break my three star rule! Everyone knows that Wendy's have two flavors of a delicious frozen drink called a frosty. Many people may have forgotten that Wendy's started off the "value menu" or "Dollar menu" craze for fast food restaurants with the introductions of many items, including a 44 ounce drink for $1 and large fries with the same pricing...just to name two of many items of the menu. The taste of Wendy's is rather consistent from state to state and place to place. Maybe they truly do not get frozen beef to serve us and that is why their taste rarely sways from one building to the next. Why would I be tempted to give them a fourth star? I did not do this because of them coming up with a new fast food standard now...the 4 for $4. I did not do it because they have the 2 for $10 regular premium combos after 4pm...that was tempting as well because Wendy's premium sandwiches are tasty. The 4 star almost came because my frugal meter sounded off with sounds of glee when I saw a sign on the window showcasing that for a limited time only, kids meals will be $1.99 all day! I ordered 7 of those little bundles of joy! I gave 2 each to my 2 kids with me...but I had 7 small combo meals, with toys and $2 a piece...and I loved it! Frugal meter is happy and my belly is full, but the reality of it is that there is nothing different from this place to warrant a 4th star...but darn good try people.

Visited this location the lines were ridiculous and seem to be a lot of Confusion. After getting my burger after taking one bite I noticed there was hair in the burger. Utterly disgusted they did give me a refund.

This place is atrocious. There's a water leak behind the front desk, the floors have not been mopped for what seems like days, none of the tables are being cleaned and there are still no tables and chairs aside from the booths inside the building. The ketchup packets are also gross to touch and the employees look overworked. My cashier couldn't even get my order right after repeating it twice to him.
