I called in an order for a deep dish and they were rude and hung up the first time before i even gave the person taking my order my name. I called back to make sure they had my order and they had me on hold for 3minutes. I could hear them laughing and saying they "don't want to take the call ". After i pick up my order i get home and my pizza is not even cooked it's raw dough still and the veggies and pepperoni is cold horrible service I'm going back again to get my money back

This place has really gone downhill since Eva (manager) left. There's never any pizza ready, they never answer the phone, and they get orders wrong. Someone needs to scare these kids that work there straight!

I was having trouble with my debit card not processing online and said to call the store and place the order over the phone. I called and I called and no answer. While it kept ringing, I decided to go in since there was literally no one in the store and many people working. Weeellllll........everyone was just hanging out while my call was being ignored. I let her know that it was me that was calling and she apologized and gave me some breadsticks. Went in again yesterday 5/21/2019 and same EXACT experience but what am I going to do with breadsticks? I want someone to pick up that phone. There's too many lazy kids working there...

Went there yesterday the day after Christmas at 12:19 PM. The warming ovens at the front counter were empty. The girl came up and I asked her if they had any Extra Pizza available and she said in about 7 minutes. There was not any regular pepperoni ready, either. A kid in the back was pulling it out of the oven but that was not what I wanted and this store goes against the company motto of Hot and Ready! The only thing hot is the Customer. I left without buying anything. This marks the third time in a month this place has been out of pizza when I have been there. I am not going back and I filled out a survey at their corporate web site. ATTENTION CORPORATE OFFICE: I recommend the corporate office send a field service representative there to review the management procedures at this location.

Nowhere to park and there is a line literally out of the door for people waiting for pizza because none was available.

Not one employee will answer the phone here. I called three times before I arrived and let the phone ring each time for a long time and it was never answered. When I went to to the place to make my order, I checked to see if I had dialed the right number and I turned out that I did. So while I waited for my pizza I tried calling again to see if anyone would pick up and all the employees just walk right by the phone ignoring it. Talk about horrible customer service

Little Caesar's has always been known for selling pizza at very low prices. Great for your kid's birthday house parties or any other time you are feeding a group on a budget. Don't get your hopes up on quality, though, it's a step above frozen pizzas
