Went mid afternoon, worker was coughing not wearing gloves touching food and the inside of cups before making them and to top it all off got our order wrong.

I love Dunkin coffee and would love to go here instead of Starbucks. However, this location always gets my order wrong and the customer service is terrible. I went the other day and the girl at the window didn't say one word to me, just shoved my drink in my window. I asked for light ice and the ice in the drink was filled PAST the ice line. The whole thing was ice.

The Atascocita location can learn a thing or two from this location. Fast service at the drive thru and drinks have tasted great each time.

I don't know what they did differently but customer service is much improved. When they make a mistake they will go out of their way to make it right. We previously stopped going to this location after multiple bad experiences when they first opened up. But we decide to stop by recently to give it another chance and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service. Now we don't have to drive all the way to Atascocita from North Kingwood just to go to Dunkin!

The owners here are seriously lacking in their management skills. They have a wonderful store manager who always give me such quick and efficient service. But to what sense does it make to handicap your workers by limiting their hours? Not only is it absolutely absurd for me to have to wait over 39 minutes for a coffee. I see every employee busting their ass while the line grow longer and longer. Just because you want to save on payroll you are going to put a level of stress on your employees that can only be related to a bomb technician having to defuse a nuclear weapon with every upset customer that comes in the store. And where are the owners? Not caring about the well being of their employees that's where they are. Absolutely disgusted that the "owners" thought that they would run an efficient business. I guess it's true what they say daddy's money doesn't buy you everything.

I really wish they would encourage friendliness at this place. The teenagers are so quiet, barely speak to you and are more friendly to eachother. That should not be the case. We gave many chances. Just disappointing.

I've been drinking Dunkin' for a long time so when this place opened around my area I was very excited because it was right next to my neighborhood. I'd like to point out that the workers here are very friendly to me and are even personal with me when I ask for recommendations. When coming here I noticed They also seem to be comfortable in their work environment as well, but as far as I'm aware they're not so comfortable to where they get off task. Overall this team is beyond amazing for me I hope they keep up the good work! Northerners like me love this place and I hope it stays that way for awhile!

Great customer service! They always get our order right and it is delicious. The girl with the black curly hair always has a smile on her face and is very kind. She recommended for us to try the Charlie cold brew and it was great! We will come back!
