We saw How To Train Your Dragon here and it was a great experience. Several years ago I would come to this theatre a couple times a week, but I've moved further away so now don't make it over here that much. Cons: Food prices & seat conditions. However, the popcorn and soda is tasty/refillable. Despite being an eyesore, the seats are very comfortable. The also recline which is nice & they have a little table/cup holder. The ticket price was great. $10 for a 4:10 show. Can't beat that. The staff was really friendly, especially Noah.

Disgusting, seat upholstery was worn out years ago. Tray tables broken. Deferred maintenance is evident everywhere you look!

The CHAIRS!!!!! The seats are disgusting and need to be replaced. My family went on Saturday and could not enjoy ourselves from thinking something may crawl on us from the busted up seats we were sitting in. Seat cushions coming out!! Just Gross!!!!! Prices for tickets and food should cover replacing chairs in the auditoriums. Sadly it wasn't just ours seats but all the seats and not just in the adutorium we were in.

My family and I have been coming to this theatre for years. Unfortunately not sure we will ever order food from here again though. My little daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza and watched Moana 2. She bit into the pizza only to get a metal screw in her mouth she had to spit out. I brought it back to the counter and the girl didn't give me a refund but just handed me a popcorn. What the heck!?!

The seating is very old and worn, some seats have large tears in them. Some of the theaters smell funny. Most of the staff are good. We Like Noah, he always has a good atitude. I PERSONLY would not goi if it wasn't for my wife, whom enjoys going to the movies. For the money I FEEL THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO.

Was there on 7 Aug to see "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and my first reaction was "what the hell happened?" I used to go here quite a bit up until about a year ago and I always had such a good experience. Not the case this time. The employee behind the counter just looked like she didn't want to be there. Had to ask her to fill my coke the rest of the way as it was only a little more than half full. The popcorn was also slightly stale. When we walked into the theater we were immediately hit with the strong smell of mold/mildew. The seats where worn, sticky and overall just dirty. This place is in desperate need of a good renovation and cleaning! We were very surprised at how much it has gone downhill! I don't go to the movies that much anymore, but when I do I will be going elsewhere!

I just watched the Kung Fu Panda 4 movie and i can't lie to you guys but i've had a pretty good time, i rate it like 3.5-3.9 out of 5 meaning it was okay but im currently waiting on my boy adair to rate the movie since he's a professional when it comes to rating but anyways the place was lowkey chill and has pretty good service, i got there like at 9:20pm so it was definitely vibe but i recommend the place tbh pretty nice peeps. Pretty bad experience. Arrived at 6:55 for a movie starting at that time. Figured we would grab some snacks and be done in 10 min, bypassing the credits. Wrong. There was one person manning the counter for at least 10 groups in line. People were ordering hot food only to find out none of it was ready - we were some of those people. It took 35 minutes to get some mini corn dogs and fries. We missed more than the credits but a chunk of the movie, too. I'm not sure how you don't have things like hot dogs ready to go when they're on your menu and it's dinner time. And if it's not ready, let customers know so they can decide if they want to wait or just get popcorn. Fall Creek location has never had this problem. Then the theater smelled like feet. I thought it was the people next to me but my husband said the same thing. We will stick to AMC and Fall Creek Showbiz for a while.

I love Showbiz and I'm sad I'll be leaving Houston soon, so I won't get to visit it as often. It reminds me a lot of my favorite movie theater back at home, Regal. Showbiz is a small theater but it offers all the comforts you would need. Reclining chairs, friendly service, and a helpful staff. The food is overpriced, but that's every movie theater if I'm being honest. I also did wish they had more than one set of bathrooms, but then again the building isn't that big at all. So, having just one set of bathrooms doesn't make or break this theater. Every time I visit this place is always clean and it usually isn't too crowded. Plus, it's located in a great area. I truly am going to miss Showbiz!
