Have been wanting to try this and finally went out today! I had a great experience, loved the food! Service was good and the ambiance is casual. You can easily sit and eat they have outdoor seats too. My husband and I went here for lunch and did the 'make your own bowl' We both got grilled chicken I got it with the salad and my husband got it with rice. He didn't like the rice very much but overall he was happy with the flavor. I loved the harissa paste and sauce very nice kick and tzatziki sauce gives a nice flavor too! Definitely going to try again and maybe try the lamb next time! A good Mediterranean twist to a kind of chipotle concept. I will say that the tables weren't clean and maybe they need to work on that all the tables were dirty.

Cava is caaaaav-mazing! The food is fresh and cooked right in front of you, similar to Chipotle. Parking: This location is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. Food: The food appears to be fresh and there are so many options. Ambiance: Typical Fast Food in that there are tables you can sit down and eat in the restaurant and you order your food via a cafeteria line. You just go down the line and select your options. Service: There were quite a few workers as it appears to be one person per section and then there are the food prep folks. Service was okay. This was my first time at Cava, so naturally I had a lot of questions. For some of the questions they could not answer, the signage on each section helped. One thing to note for all of the Cava Newbies is that your bowl apparently comes with Pita Bread. I almost missed that part, but asked the cashier and he went to grab it. Altogether, I love the concept and love that there is another healthy food option. I will definitely give it another try, but will probably study the menu before I go again!

I visited the CAVA location on Highway 6 in Missouri City on June 6, 2025, and found a sharp, burnt object in my food. It may have been a chicken bone, or maybe not -- but either way, it was hard, sharp, and clearly not something that should've been in my meal. When I brought it back, the manager, Sergio, asked me what it was and then casually said it was "probably a bone." He was completely nonchalant, unapologetic, and borderline rude. I had to ask for a refund -- nothing was offered, and I left feeling like my concern wasn't taken seriously at all. I've been a regular customer, but after this experience, I can't trust the food safety or customer care at this location. Definitely disappointed.

Been here couple of times and while there are some positives, there are a few areas that need improvement. The staff were generally pleasant and attentive, which is always a plus in my book. The food was quite refreshing and flavorful, meeting my expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, one significant issue that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the prep counter. It appeared unkempt and untidy, which is a major concern for me, especially when it comes to food handling. While it might just be my OCD, I believe a clean and organized preparation area should be a standard in any restaurant. Overall, with some improvements in cleanliness, this place could be much better. As it stands, it's not quite up to par for a higher rating.

Visiting Cava today for lunch was surprisingly really good. The service was excellent and moved at a fairly fast pace with creating our bowls and placing our orders. I put together a bowl with lamb, super greens, rice, toppings and an assortment of sauces and dressing with pita bread on the side . All ingredients taste fresh and were very flavorful. I told my husband that this is my new favorite place after a Saturday run . For drinks, they offered beside soda's, assorted teas and lemonades. We ate outside on the patio and overall it was a great experience. We will definitely come back and explore the menu and new flavors.

I absolutely love CAVA but I am so disappointed. I got a bowl today and the portion was so paltry it was ridiculous and there was rotten avacado on it. CAVA is too expensive for rotten produce.

Cava has a lot of potential, especially with its fresh ingredients and customizable menu. I love being able to build my own bowl, especially with options like grilled chicken, arugula, rice, crunchy cucumbers, roasted corn, tomatoes. And their eggplant is to die for. However, my recent experiences have been frustrating because the customer service at this location is terrible. When this location gets it right, which is about 50% of the time, the food is really good. I keep coming back here because this is the closest location near my home, but I continue to regret my decision. Over half the time, something is missing or the amount just doesn't seem enough and the bowl looks half filled. The service is always a miss. The staff just seem unhappy to be working there. Every time I pull up to the pick up lane, I always wait at least five minutes before someone comes to the window even though it wouldn't't be busy. And when someone does come, I always feel like I'm bothering their lunch time with the glares I get. Overall, the food is good if you're willing to overlook the service and the inconsistency. I definitely do. But again, that eggplant is amazing.

The food is great.. can't really be improved upon so I'd give a 5 for the food. We were served quickly by professional staff. Unfortunately I have to only give an overall 4 because over half the tables needed cleaning (there was only one other customer seated when we came in). It was quiet when we arrived (3:30,ish). However quite a lineup formed before we finished eating so it got a little louder but overall not too bad. We will be back.

**Review for Olive & Thyme Mediterranean Bistro** I recently ate at CAVA MO CITYand I can confidently say it was a delightful experience from start to finish! This casual Mediterranean restaurant has truly captured the essence of the vibrant Mediterranean culture, both in its food and atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive ESPECIALLY DANIA & NELLI making us feel right at home. We ordered a bowl and it was bursting with fresh ingredients and spices. This place is A GEM we eat healthy so to have this option near us makes us grateful !! Highly recommended!
