My husband and I went there today . We enjoyed our food . The service and ambiance were friendly. We are " frequent" customers now!

My 1st time at this location. I went through the drive through. Overall, the experience was ok but idk if it's that each place operates/prepares menu items differently or what but my order didn't quite reach the level of satisfaction I'm used to. Here are the changes I noticed: 1. Their ice is different! May seem little but it's a big deal! The location I typically visit prides itself on having the "good" ice! You know that soft, yet crunchy...sonic ice. 2. I ordered the chicken salad ...now again I don't know if it's a franchise thing but my croissant is usually toasted! Again, it may seem like a minor thing, but it's the little things like this that make a world of difference. 3. The lemonade!!!! Now I like both but favor their original! I don't know who made it, but the recipe was off! It was watery and needed more lemon ! Again, not what I'm accustomed to. I'll double back in a few weeks! After all this is still a fairly new location! Next time I'll have pics!

I ate at the Woodlands location a month ago, so when I was at the doctor (Hwy 6/1092), I found this location. This location seems and looks pretty new. I love the chicken salad with cranberries and almonds on the wheat berry bread. The server at the Woodlands location was more personable, but the guy here who delivered the food and took my tray was super polite.

Finally tried one of these chains and have to say, it didn't live up to all the hype, for me. They do have a lot of chicken salad options, but it definitely wouldn't be in my lunch rotation. The combo comes with either a soup or side. I got the croissant and it was big, dry and cold. The ratio of the chicken salad was also very minimal that I got. The free mini cookie also was too sweet for me. I know a lot of people enjoy it here so maybe I'm just not the clientele for this- worth a try though! Oh, this location does have a drive thru which is a plus!

If you like chicken salad, you will find one or probably more that you will LOVE here. The choices are vast and everything is good. Speak to the servers on what type you like and they will recommend the perfect dish! I just wish it was closer to me but I'll go out of my way for this chicken salad.

I love this new restaurant in my neighborhood of Sienna. The food is very light and refreshing. The chicken salad with cranberries and almonds is to die for. The Poblano pepper soup was a real hit as well. There's a wide variety of delicious salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts to choose from. This will be my go to Restaurant for lunch and when I'm feeling like a healthy light meal. The waitstaff is also a plus, very accommodating and cheerful.

First of all, the young lady at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. I love chicken salad and was impressed with all the choices I could pick from. I chose the plain chicken salad which was really yummy. It came with wheat crackers on the side and an awesome cookie that I would buy a dozen of on its own. I also bought a slice of their white chocolate cake which was really good. I will be back to try other versions of their chicken salad along with the plain chicken salad. It's a really great place for lunch.

Every time I've been to Chicken Salad Chick I have really enjoyed the food. I have been several times & I have actually really enjoyed each visit. I'm very picky when it comes to chicken salad and every time I've been to the restaurant the chicken salad is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean. Try it!
