I owe the team at Enterprise Sienna Plantation a long-overdue review--so let me start by saying my bad for not doing this sooner! You all have consistently provided top-tier service, and I truly appreciate it every time we rent (which is a lot). From the moment we walk in, the staff is always courteous, upbeat, and on top of things. More often than not, the car is ready to roll when I arrive, which makes a big difference when you're on a tight schedule. I also love that there's usually a solid variety of vehicles available. Unlike some other locations where we've been pushed to take whatever's left--even if it doesn't suit our needs--Sienna always comes through with the right fit for us. What stands out most is how cohesive and pleasant the team seems to be. That kind of synergy doesn't just happen; it speaks volumes about the leadership and work culture at this location. It feels like a well-oiled machine every time I'm there. If I had one tiny critique, it would be the phone system. The automated setup can make it tough to get through to a real person when I have a quick question. But to be fair, once I do get through, the service is just as great as it is in person--friendly, helpful, and efficient. Keep up the great work, Sienna team! I had a rental set up at this location, but when I arrived during normal business hours, there was no one was there. There was a note on the door to text 713)231-0148 directly, but never got a response and had to change my reservation to another location. Do not recommend getting your rental here!

I wish I would have read these review before booking at this location. The employee working here is way off. I booked my reservation in the morning and I called and spoke to him about requesting a shuttle to get picked up and get the rental only because they have it advertised on this location, he was so rude on saying oh we don't have the manpower for that. So as I was walking over the get the car at my reservation time the same guy called to to tell me that they didn't have a car for me, that I had to figure it out elsewhere. He didn't know I was just outside so I walked in and asked him what he meant because I had my confirmation and I had spoken to him earlier about it and he said nothing about not having a car for me. He then started saying I was rude when he told me he did t have my car and my reservation meant "nothing" neither me being a client of enterprise.... -zero customer service or acknowledgment this is a very sad location . He even threatened to call the police! LOL ! This guy is a joke and Racist! I went to the enterprise down the street and the not only had a car but the team member was very accommodating even under the short notice of a rental request. I shared with him about the previous location and I can confirm they get a lot of complaints from the location on 10330 SH-6 S Unit L Missouri City, TX 77459 United States Don't go there unless you like to be mistreated and not like a customer! I'm sure this dude get this treatment at home ....

tried to call to pick up a vehicle. Never experienced customer service at this type of level where they couldn't even bother to answer a question or be civil. I wouldn't advise you to take your business to this branch. They obviously don't know what Customer Service is. I don't normally leave reviews, but this was uncalled for.

Yeah this place I would not recommend to anybody was treated rude and unprofessional by the manager of the store, and was even asked to leave because I asked does the confirmation mean nothing since we arrive later than schedule yeah that guy was a complete asshole just go anywhere else but here, matter of fact, I went down the street to the enterprise by Walmart on hw6 I told him the situation gave him my confirmation number within five minutes I was out with my rental worse part is when I get there they tell me about how many complaints they get from the store, so just do yourself a favor and go fucking anywhere else but here!!!!! And if the manager of the store reads this, fuck you I got my car hahahah

As a whole the Enterprise Group does an excellent job in hiring worldwide. However, the manager at this location - SHKIRQ - needs to have his regional manager and corporate gurus let with him how customers should be treated. No reason for the rudeness and complete failure on his part. We found rentals at other agencies in the area. I would suggest other Yelpers to do the same. After looking at the BBB complaints regarding this company I am not really shocked at the non - professional attitude this guy has.

Booked online 2 days in advance. Had to take an Uber home after being told no cars are available. 2 brand new hires Cory + Poornima neither of them have a clue what they're doing + gave poor service which I've never encountered in 25 yrs renting w/ Enterprise. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely unacceptable. To be made to wait for over an hour then be told we can't help you. Take an Uber home. Bonus! It's Saturday so all locations close at noon + on Sundays.
