I ordered a 75 piece family order which consisted of 25 redfish strips, 25 shrimp and 25 chicken strips. All items were fried. Also added the jambalaya rice. I am disappointed that all of the chicken strips were fried overly hard. The fish strips barely passed the test of fried overly hard. I Love the Fish Place, but cannot return to the Missouri City location. Hopefully, the Sugar Land location can give the Missouri City some cooking tips.

I love this place. The food is excellent. Picked up to go crispy Fish, shrimp and delicious sides. My favorite side is Jambalaya. Food is hot and crispy. Serice is excellent. Whenever I have a craving for fried seafood, this is my to go place. Friendly and clean atmosphere.

I don't think I have ever written a food review, but I had to in this case. I purchased food from this place. The fries were cold. The shrimp were almost burnt hard. The crab ball taste like it was spoiled, and the pepper was disgusting. The red beans and rice tasted like something I've never had before. They were very dark and not edible. Again I have never done a review before, but I had to. I would never recommend this place. I am still hungry because my food was not edible.

+The food was fresh and tasty. -Beans were a bit peppery. -Fish portions very thin and skimpy. - -Service was cold and unwelcoming. I tried to small talk with the lady taking my order, but she wasn't having it. Her demeanor was cold and aloof. The entire transaction from the order to the delivery of my food was very impersonal. Would have been 4 stars if service was better. I will still try it again and see if things improve.

I've gone to the one down HWY plenty of times over the decade and was excited when they moved closer to the FBtoll but never got a chance until now. For a family of 5 this is perfect family pack to hit everyone's needs. Definitely will be my go to order, maybe more shrimp as those were my favorite. Battered on fish is fired hard but fish is still moist. I wish the skin wasn't so hard verses crispy I would rate 5 stars. What I did love as well is I order pick up and it was ready at the 17 min mark which is excellent!! On time food establishments always get my business unless the food is God awful but this is not. Greens beans not bad. Tarter also not bad. My garlic toast was too hard. It would need to soak in paste before you could consume it. Hush puppies are dense and just needs something to make it worth my buying. Like a jalapeño or corn or peppers in the batter would be excellent. All in all. I would return to grab more food.

this food isn't good at all, I spent $53.58 on this trash. the onion rings was the only part of this meal I enjoyed. I'm from louisiana and this was a disgrace. they use artificial crab meat. That is the most toxic thing you can put in the food. use real crab meat please. The hush puppies were freezer burnt. you can taste they were frozen and then dropped into hot grease. the shrimp was ok. I'm so glad I didn't get the Gumbo. crab balls same thing artificial crab meat just terrible. I'm bagging you please don't waste your money like I just did.

Go to spot for lunch , chill vibe , good Cajun style seafood. This my hold me down spot ordered lunch for my job very good stuff.

I got a fried combo (shrimp and oyster) with fried okra and red beans and rice as sides. I also got a small gumbo. The combo - well the breading was adequate. Rather difficult to mess up fried shrimp and oysters. The oysters, I'll note, were very large. These will take you multiple bites to consume. Both were cooked well, not overdone. The fried okray was very good and better than expected. The red beans and rice had a zing to it. Unfortunately, it lacked andouille sausage. The gumbo - Nice color. The meat consisted of chicken, shrimp and sausage. The sausage did not look like andouille. All were overcooked. The vegetables (holy trinity from what I could tell) were soft due to overcooking as well. No okra at all. Flavorwise, the gumbo was very salty. Overall, an adequate spot for fried seafood. I have not tried any of their other dishes. I cannot recommend the gumbo. There are many other dishes to try so I'll likely return.

They serve really good fried redfish. The red beans and rice are pretty good. The food is hot and fresh.

It's Sunday at noon and I'm sitting outside in their parking lot. their website says they open at 11 but there is no one there and no one answers the phone.
