The supposed manager "Robin" wanted to fight, after he was told that the food he delivered was completely wrong and disgusting!! I cant believe that you see something and would tell a customer that its basically "they are s××t" vs simply smiling and resolving the situation. The problem was resolved when Mr. Charles had to call down the employee by letting him continue to yell (while 2 people were solving the situation). Mr. Robin I'm sure tomatoes dont come on the "mush" pie you liked to serve with a side of knuckle sandwich JIB Management I hope you can give a tranquilizer to your employees Mr Charles- Get out that dumpster fire....your work ethic is way above the caliber your environment is surrounded by....good luck!!

Came to jack in a box and order a chicken fajita pita and ended up getting a tortilla with dry chicken and small pieces of lettuce looked nothing like the picture.

Every time I go here the manager is very rude. This time I have to say something. I wish I took a picture of how she handed me my shake. It was disgusting. I show up with a door dash order for a shake. They make the shake, and it spills everywhere. She proceeds to put a lid on it and hand it to me with a handful of napkins and says "do you need more napkins?" I proceed to clean the milkshake, the straw she handed me was open, so I throw the napkins and straw away and ask for more napkins and a straw, because they don't have any out. She takes the shake and puts it in a different cup and says "here I double cupped it for you". I took it from her and said, the lid is falling off, the ice cream is everywhere, this is nasty. I hand it back to her and tell her that it's a door dash order and I can't deliver it like this. She takes it back and removes the second cup and grabs some napkins, wipes it slightly, and proceeds to tell me "there is nothing nasty about it. We serve it like this all day long. It's your hands". I told her that she handed it to me like this. And grabbed the cup and proceeded to leave and another customer comes over and hands me some napkins. I cannot stand rude people. Especially in management positions.

Rude service Told to wear a mask to order but when persons of color came in with no mask nothing was said. People inside using F word over and over People drinking beer inside restaurant No sanitizing tables after use was observed. Would never go back to this place.

It is what it is. Teenage workers on their social media won't even notice you. Food cold, nobody in the place but you. Takes 15 minutes to put two yacs in a paper bag. It's cheap for a reason.

Jack in the box in front of Academy. We showed up and tried to use those coupons that they advertise so much. They said we don't validate the coupons on d drive thru, It has to be inside. We followed the rules We went inside and also asked why of that special rule? They said: We just don't want to ask you to park in d front and bring you the food. It's easier for us to make you come inside the store. So no more visiting Jack in d Box Frustrating People

I hardly come here because the service is bad or the order is usually messed up but tonight was the worse food quality I have ever seen. The food was old and stale, everything seemed like they fried it twice and hadn't changed the oil in a while. I could not eat the food since the tacos was so greasy, crispy and stale, my egg rolls where so black from being overcooked and even the curly fries where bad. How can you mess up fries???? I wish I could post a picture with this review....On top of all this the workers are not wearing gloves or face masks at this location. If this place does not straighten things out soon, I don't see them surviving much longer especially with people not eating out much during this Covid-19 pandemic. What a disappointment

I would give it a 3 1/2 stars if I could. It wouldn't be fair to say 3. It was almost a 4 if it wasn't for such slow service. We came in around 2:31. Didn't get our food till almost 3:00. It shouldn't have taken this long mind you i was the only one inside you just had placed an order. Someone else was there and just got their order. While I waited another gentleman came in and ordered to go and was given his order fast. I came before him and he left with his order and I still waited. Now this could be like any other places I've seen were they take priority to the drive thru orders. The nice thing about this place is the place itself. It's very nice and we came in it was very clean. Negative was the soda machine was out of a lot of selections. I will def give them a second try if I'm ever in the mood for Jack in the box. The plus here is that the food was not greasy at all as I have seen at other locations.

Wow this location is so horrible. I thought this was a fast food service not a five star restaurant that i had to wait 20 min for my food. No bottle water, no napkins, no BUTTERMILK, and no ice coffee. Horrible management
