I love this location, has a drive through for me to simply order on the app and pick it up. The food? Always delicious and warm and ready to eat as soon as I get home. The service? Fast and reliable in my opinion (ofc when they are not busy!!!)I love you Pizza Hut (& employees)

They stay busy but honest workers , they will take care of u when something goes bad with yo food . There's no dine in so picking up and leaving is great . They need a raise !!!

The pizza crust was dry and broke apart but the toppings were cooked correct which doesn't make sense to me how's that even possible and it tasted like cinnamon which leads me to believe they didn't wash their hands or change gloves after making cinnamon sticks which is nasty judging by all the negative reviews it seems being unsanitary and unable to make a simple pizza has been going on for years

This location on TX Parkway is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend to anyone. Tonight was the final straw. Not the only incident but definitely the final. Placed online order for ONE pizza at 9:47pm. Arrived to store at 10:27pm. The lobby is closed like always and they want you to go thru the drive thru. My confirmation said pizza would be done at 10:02 yet here they are telling me it's not ready and going to take another 10 minutes and asking me to keep wasting my gas in this stupid drive thru. Of course they tell me this after they take my money. And get upset with me because I don't want to keep circling the Building. 50 minutes for ONE pizza with ONE topping. Then I have to stand outside of the restaurant talking thru the glass door like a common criminal just to get my money back! No apologies! Nothing! This location is the worst! If you can go to a location please do so. If you can't, get it delivered or go to Domino's or Little Ceasars. The way they treat customers is horrible...and they will continue to do so as long as people keep coming here. Like I said,, not my first time having issues with this location but definitely my last!

I ordered a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni.I returned to get it fixed and 5 mins later they gave me what was obviously a premade pizza they popped in the oven for 5 min. The guy was also on his phone the entire and asked me to come back a third time to the store to get a refund. Fareed Tavalian, the district manager should know his store is being run into the ground. Waste of an hour and $14.

The WORST customer service... EVER. the most ridiculous human beings ever. The guy who answered the phone did not even tell me that he was LEAVING the phone while I was talking to him... DOES NOT put me on hold but was talking to the other employees in the back... discussing with everybody about how he doesn't understand what I am saying. He continues to LEAVE me there listening to his whole NONSENSICAL conversation for 8 minutes and I'm STILL on the phone until I hung up in despair as a result of their discrepancy. The manager here does NOT know how to "manage". His employees and his team are a direct extension of who he is: Unprofessional, unyielding, and daunting and disrespectful. Get new management ASAP. get a new teams ASAP. Get new drivers ASAP. Until then all the one start or just going to rain down on the building. I will not be ordering from here. Ever. Again. And it's CRYSTAL clear why this place only has one star. CRYSTAL. CLEAR.
