I arrived during the lunch hour on 5/29 and was quite disappointed with the service. There were two workers. One filled orders from the long line and the other was filling online orders I guess. She never addressed anyone in the line. The lettuce looked old and the area around the produce was messy. This store needs new management and to hire more workers to handle peak hours.

I frequent this location often it being close to home. I went on lunch today and the worker was very rude. I asked her for wheat bread from the beginning she pulled out total opposite then got rude because I told her it was wrong. I requested for my sandwich to be toasted. She asked me what I wanted on my sandwich as I tell her I asked for olives. She literally pulled 2 olives out one by one and put them on the sandwich. I then asked for more she then pulled out 3 more 1 by 1. I asked for pickles she put on 2 1 by 1. I then requested more olies and she then again picked out 1, I asked for more, she said something to her manager in spanish then put one more on and said she couldnt give me anymore. I politely paid for my items. I then waited to see if the manager, who was waiting on customers behind me to see if she was distributing the same amount that I was given. Of course those customers were given the normal handful amount that is usually given. There customer service is horrible this isnt the 1st time. The sad part is there are several schools around this location with plenty of teachers and teams where they could be making money but the customer service is horrible.

The older Hispanic lady was rude to me, told me she wouldn't sell to me because I had a construction rag around my face instead of a mask. So I went to else where. Thanks for the inconvenience.

They are skimpy on the vegetable. Gave me three pickles. And a line of mayo. Like I know subway is suffering it's probably because your skimping on the veggies.

Shoutout to Corey at store #44967-0 ... I've visited this location several times even though it's not the closest (and I've patronized most subways in houston) and he's by far the most patient. He's well-mannered and patient even though my daughter has food allergies.

Looked up the time when they close it's a Thursday night website said 10 PM went there before 9:30 they're closed the store hours on the door says close every night at 9 PM

Even though this is located at the corner of a shopping street, it is always packed. The employees are nice and friendly.
