This week I visited the subway in Missouri City near the Kroger store adjacent to the Fort Bend tollway. I have patronized this establishment for many years. Unfortunately, my experience this week with one of the employees was unpleasant. To keep things simple I usually order off the main menu so that the staff know what ingredients go with my purchase. Unfortunately, the young lady who was assisting me, did not seem to understand English, and she kept repeating what I said with a blank look on her face Like I said, I visited this particular restaurant dozens of times over the years and one thing has been consistent. They seem to have a high turnover rate. My sandwich was excellent on flatbread and I'm sure you'll enjoy it also. GN3

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway. The staff were rude and unprofessional. All I asked was for the worker to change his gloves, which is a basic request for food safety, but instead he got upset. Then they tried to charge me for extra meat I didn't even order. When I calmly asked them to just remake my sandwiches, they refused and escalated the situation to the point of calling the police on me--which was completely unnecessary. In the end, I was denied service for no valid reason. As a paying customer, I expect respect, cleanliness, and honesty. This location failed at all three. Management needs to seriously retrain their staff on customer service and professionalism. This occurred 09/09/25

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We pulled up to get their special $6.99 for a foot long advertised in the window. Went in and it turns out that their on line order is $6.99. If you order for pick up, you get a foot long. My Italian was mushy, dripping with some sauce and very thin meat, barely could taste it and no cheese. The photo below looks better than it was. Paper thin meat. Very, very disappointed.

Had the chicken salad wrap today and it was ok but I prefer the tortilla wraps they use to use instead of these flatbreads they use now . I'm not a fan of their new flat bread wraps . The flat bread cracked open as it was rolled. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. I'll stick to ordering subs .

Hiring worker that CANNOT speak or write in BASIC ENGLISH! Rude foreign workers who do not wear gloves or listen to basic instructions and will have an insanely rude attitude for asking the most basic questions! This establishment at this location is ran HORRIBLY, I REQUESTED THEM TO WEAR GLOVES SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE COULD NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND ME!!

I hope this finds the Owner of this establishment. Sir or ma'am I would give this store zero stars if I could. Yocelyn, who's in training, cursed me out, and the manager allowed it to happen. And didn't stop her behavior. I was in shock to see a manager allow this to happen. I hope that going forward, both ladies have better customer service. My concern was I came in on my 30 min lunch break, and Yocelyn was in the process of making two online Orders. Instead of helping Me since I was there in front of her she continued to make the orders ignoring me. When asked what I wanted I specifically told her a mini but she made a 6 inch so when it was time to pay a six inch was rung up. At this point her manager was in line making orders and threw my order out and proceeded with a mini. I asked the manager could she hurry because I was on a time crunch then yocelyn proceeded to curse at me, stating she was 16 and would whop my butt. I would have stayed to see that happen, but honesty, I was in shock of how the manager could allow this to happen. I asked her, and she just made excuses. My point is cursing at the customer in any case, especially of the customer didn't do that to you, is inappropriate, and is very ignorant/ghetto. I hope the owner sees the kind of ppl they are letting run their business.i am extremely afraid to go back to this store and will make sure I let my co workers know that the subway in Walmart down the street will have to do until ppl like Yocelyn and her Manager don't work there anymore.

This is one of the worst subways I've ever been to when it comes to customer service. Just like the other reviewers...employees have a VERY poor attitude. They make your sandwich wrong or pile on a lots of ingredients you don't ask for or passive aggressively drench your sub with condiments when one is deleting g or adding items not on the traditional version of the sandwich. They also get an attitude if you ask for spinach in place of lettuce and don't dare ask for more if they place a few measly slices on your sub. The only thing I can say positive is that the dining area is always clean. I rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to one of the two other locations near my home with employees that are more customer service oriented. The people that work here have the absolute worst attitude, even when they hire new workers and this location has a high turnover rate of employees. How in the world do they continue to hire people with a piss poor attitude? Btw, the store is only a short 4 or 5 minutes away but not worth giving my dime and door dash should remove them from their site due to the continued wrong orders they make and send. Looking for a bad experience????? This is your store. SMH

I had the worst EVER experience to the point that I will never come here or any Subway ever again. The store closed around 10 and my relative and me came at 9:53. The lights were dimmed but we sign languaged to them that they were supposed to be open right now. They laughed at us, like not giggling laughing, but laughing like this is a hilarious situation at the mall and not an example of bad service. We started to take pictures and they continued to laugh which only made me feel more disrespected. Eventually we left and went to eat at another restaurant. The employees have zero class, zero respect, and zero customer service skills. They will never get another dollar from me or my family.
