Had this rude worker at dairy Queen named samina which I'm guessing she was a supervisor told her that the food was undercooked it was undercooked it was grilled chicken at that told her for a refund or to get a different order she gave me a hassle laughed about it I told her I get a hold of the owner she told me she don't know how so I recommend not going to this dairy Queen this is one of the worst dairy Queen in Pasadena go anywhere else don't waste your money here they don't respect the customers and they don't respect the dairy Queen franchiseonlyI​

my family came to Dairy Queen for dinner, and ice cream. we placed a big order and the girls working the counter were very kind. they also let us wait until we were finished with our food to make our ice cream. this is the only Dairy Queen my dad likes to go to because they kept the old school look. we also love that it's never really packed, unless the highschool across the street is being released. even then they get through customers pretty fast, and your ice cream always looks pretty! I was very happy to try the new Crunchin' cookie parfait, 10/10

I grew up in this area over 30 years ago and frequented this Dairy Queen as a little kid back when it's still had arcades inside. Loved it then and love it even more now. I no longer live in the area and have it for many years, but I travel around the city for work, and I stop at this Dairy Queen maybe once a month. The food is always fresh and hot, the staff, especially the ladies that work. The lunch hour are very friendly. And the ice cream is great. This is by far one of the best Dairy Queen's in the city Houston.

If you are a BROWN person STAY AWAY !!!! This location has an Indian decent Owner who is beyond rude and obnoxious to say the least!! A Owner that should not be in Business but had the money to start a business so he did . After placing my order at the driver thru and proceeding to the window for the $.85 small blizzard, a man came to the window and shouted "if you don't have the pull around and come inside ." I parked and walked inside, waited for a while and after waiting without and assistance silently, the same young lady Natali that helped me over the intercom came to the counter to assist. She was very polite explaining that I just needed to show her any QR code for any location because their location does not show up. (That's one issue) So I showed her a location but it did not have a QR code . MR Grouch walks passed speaking abruptly "it has to be the DQTexas app, if she doesn't have the app she has to pay full price ". Speaking to Natali in a soft tone I was asking her what's the DQ Texas app ? And that the email speaks of the DQ app only so I was very confused . The owner walks passed again shouting that I need to go move away from the counter and go sit down . I said Sir there isn't anyone in here but me if someone comes and is ready to place and order I'll move . He didn't want her helping me to find the app at all. He starts saying it again that I needed to go and sit down this isn't customer service either you have the app or not. By this time not I've placed my order and asks if he was the manager and he said owner back and I advised that I would NEVER come back to this location again to patronize your piss poor attitude! What's so hard about helping out the customers you would get more business. This needs to be no star review

The food is ok but the customer service is horrible. They close half the restaurant down closing off most seating in the middle of dinner rush at 5:30 even though they don't close until 11:00 p.m. I asked the manager why and he says "we always close seating at this time". I then stated "I will have nowhere to sit, the rest of the restaurant is filled. He didn't like my questioning and got upset. I asked for the owners information and he stated "I don't give information to complaining customers". He seemed young and immature, he was very unprofessional for a manager. I would not recommend this location.
