I haven't ate at papa John's in over two years but when I did I used the one on southmore ave and they were okay . I would give more stars but I haven't ate their pizza in a while.

Ana get then told me she would charge more pizza to the card I used to order without my permission! this location is managed by a thief. they literally stole my money and refused to give it back! I have filed credit theft charges and reported them to my banking institution.

I waited over an hour and then received a very nasty looking pizza. Its suppose to be pepperoni and mushrooms but was so sloppy and gross not to mention cold I couldn't get through two bites!!!

Fast delivery but ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that had no buffalo sauce. The delivery guy was nice, but it's hard to justify a good rating if you don't get what you ordered.

Ordered and was told 30 minutes and has been over an hour and still so not have my food. The order was ready "supposedly" for over 30 minutes in the tracking. Why bother putting a time on there if it's gonna be an hour from the original time. I am also a food delivery driver and know this is not good customer service. By the time I got my food it was very cold.

I've had one of the single most disappointing experience I have ever had ordering a pizza. App track said the driver was on his way yet after 30 minutes I contacted the store. They informed me that the driver came and called. Neither happened. They offered to send me the cold order. I asked for a refund and they staunchly refused. I then contacted customer service. Now after calling for over two weeks and no response I have been been told that the owner is "looking into it." He will be there Monday "some time." The kicker is to the driver got a tip. If I could give it less of a rating I would.

The girl was rude, reminded me of Bonquiqui or however you spell it because I came in and she was on her cell phone and asked me to hold on until she was done with her conversation. I ordered for carry out since it's faster and they took 30 minutes to do my pizza. What kind of service is that?!
