Went to this place on 6-4-25 around 6pm and ordered two 2pc meals. I think Popeyes are using the little banty chickens at this facility and they are not discounting the chicken prices either. Good service however. I'd suggest they go buy some chicken from KFC or Church's to cook and serve customers.

This HORRIBLE location is and has been very notorious for getting orders wrong FOR YEARS!! EVERY TIME I have been there, other folks have been walking in from the drive through about incorrect orders. And then there's pissed off dine in customers having the same issues while I have eaten in side there. They've gotten my order wrong just about every time as well when I have eaten inside. In fact I JUST left there from the drive thru and got home only to find that my order is wrong again. This location SUCKS!!! Stay away. You have been warned.

I had the choice of taco Tuesday or 2 pc Tuesday so I choose chicken and it was very hot but I ordered the combo with red beans and rice and a large frozen strawberry lemonade, along with a large red beans and rice, and a 2 pc mild. Well I got home to discover my small side was not in the box and no biscuit. Very disappointing but I carried on and at the chicken as if it was a meal. Next time I'll check before I pull off, because they forgot my drink but the worker ran out and gave it to us before we drove off.

What the heck happened??? This place got a high review from me before but a disappointment with a 1 star. We ordered a family pack with 2 large red beans and rice. The chicken was over fried and greasy. Majority pieces were wings. The red beans and rice was tasteless. The biscuits were very hard. Small item but I asked for Bar-B-Q sauce and got ketchup and hot sauce. The service was quick but not worth it. We paid $32 for a disappointing order.

OMG! You talk about mad, I'm seething. I went into this Popeyes to order because I had a special order and it's too hard talking into the drive thru speaker especially when you're talking to imbeciles. My order was for the family pack of 12. The "special" was I wanted all the 12 in legs. Mild. So I sat and waited because they had to cook them. After 45 minutes the kid says, here's your 12 piece meal. I grabbed it up. Oh, btw, it cost $40!! I get home & open the box.. it's wings. 12 little wings. I have been calling the store for 2 hours and they won't answer. Open the bag and check EVERYTHING because this place isn't normal. I'd give them 0 stars but that's not a choice.

Popeyes decided to join up with T-Mobile to do T-mobile Tuesday. But the moment people tried to order on their app, the website, or in person, the people aren't allow to order. Popeyes insist, to use the T-Mobile Tuesday, you must order online or through app. But when Tuesday comes around the order function isn't working for the people to order. So why have a deal with T-Mobile if you(Popeyes) can't afford to give away a few pieces of chicken as advertisement?? Popeyes your restaurant is a CHEAP JOKE!!!!

So I placed an order with Maria and she charged me for my meals. She ask me to drive to the front I politely told Maria if she can ensure my order was in there correctly because I have had a bad experience on not getting my order correct prior and I have a drive. She stated yes. When I get home both of my chicken sandwiches are spicy even though I ask for one original and one spicy. I ask for Cajun rice and I was given white rice. I called multiple times and the phone was a busy tone for over 30 min while I'm driving. I get to the window I tell Maria I was there earlier and she doesn't look surprise. I ask her what was given to me and she knew they gave me white rice instead of Cajun rice and turns around and starts speaking Spanish to her manager. Which I consider is very rude assuming that I don't speak Spanish. She speaks to her manager about the rice in Spanish and takes off without telling me anything and brings one from another counter premade not retrieve from their preparation area and hands it to. I ask to speak to manager and she role her eyes and told her in Spanish she wants to speak to you. I discuss why her phone isn't working she states since COVid they don't have time to be answering the phone and I ask her since when do they stop answering their customers. I showed her my call record and called infront of her . She brings the phone and they left it off the hook so it doesn't ring. How is this acceptable so I have to drive back to inform her my order is wrong. She then tells me what you want a 3 piece a large Cajun rice. I will no longer be coming to this establishment they have shown how they don't have respect for other customer to speak the same language in their presence and discuss about them in Spanish as a bother. Meanwhile the other gentleman was sweeping and laughing . Very unprofessional and will rather to give my business other establishments that are willing to provide customer service and answer their phones. She gave me the Cajun rice which I threw away because I didn't trust where they got it from. Not in their section of serving food. Also I my order was placed way earlier than the last call record I have a drive back and forth

Driving home 2 people in the car wanted Popeyes. This is not my fav location but they wanted it. 1st thing when you pull in to the parking lot there's a huge pothole that about a foot deep and unavoidable. Line was long but move pretty fast. Ordered pulled around and payed. The lady at the window asked what to drink without looking at me. I thought she was taking an order. She turns and ask again what to drink and I asked if she was asking me that, and she looks at me like I'm crazy. I tell what we already ordered. We get our drinks and food. And I ask her for straws. Apparently she's from Oregon becuse she looks at me like I'm crazy again or maybe that's just the way she looks normally ‍. Home is about 7 mins away we got there the chicken was cold like not even room temp in Texas cold. The chicken strips all looked like they were ran over with a car they were so thin. The biscuit was warm but greedy leaving a coating of grease on the roof of my mouth and tongue. The rice and the spoon full red beans were hot but it was 80% and 20% red beans.

I like chicken.I like their biscuits. This is a very small location in Pasadena. Expect the same service as any other Popeye's chicken. (sorry, that's all)
