The rooms are adequate and beyond comfortable. The beds are big and the sheets and pillows are very nice. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. The breakfast is really good; is the typical fair waffles, cereal, And eggs. The exterior is a little rough, but what do you expect you're in Pasadena, Texas. It is quiet here.Mayona is wonderful

It's older. But clean. And the staff is the best part. So friendly. They sent their shuttle all the way to the north side of Houston to get me from the Kenworth shop. I was stranded and 105 degrees outside. Gave me the truckers discount. Nice restaurant and bar on the top floor. The outside is as expected from Pasadena and it's hot and dry outside. But my rooms ac worked very well. The beds are very comfortable. I give it 5 stars for the way I was treated.

I had rather modest expectations when I booked a room at this Hotel. I figured affordability would supersede the hospitality and customer service criterion. But Angel at the front desk not only was assist me , but she exceeded my expectations. She was able to multi-task and check me in efficiently and with a level of courtesy like I was the only guest in the lobby. She is one employee that cooperate should be aware of and one that her immediate supervisor should be proud of. Ask for Angel and Dominique if you choose to get a reservation. All the best, -Vince

We're told we couldn't have a room in the main building because we had a SERVICE DOG so we were put in the outside building of the hotel. Bugs and Roaches, spider web and spider in corner of window, moth holes in curtains, shower curtain rod put on wrong. shower head was nasty, cigarette burn on side of tub, plug in with no face plate, sink wouldn't drain, full size old refrigerator scratched up and dirty looking. AC froze up at night. The latch on the door handle wouldn't LOCK unless you pushed in on the door!! Walls were dirty...just Al all around bad room. Only thing good was the receptionist...she was nice. We didn't complain, we were gone in 2 days. But I feel since my dog was a service animal - they should have accommodated us in a better room downstairs in the main building. The outside building had full time residents in it as well. Did not feel safe because of the door not wanting to latch/lock. It was an OUTDOOR building.... the tv was smaller and the guide was not up to date (the channels didn't match up)

The hotel is dated, but comfortable and clean. The treat was Mayona. She makes you feel welcomed and at home. People like this are an asset to any organization and she made the trip memorable. I go from hotel to hotel for work and can tell you little about any particular one I've stayed in, but I won't soon forget the smile and demeaner of this upbeat and friendly guest services professional.

Horrible customer service! If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk seems like she hates her job, doesn't greet guests with a smile, and refused to talk to me face to face when I asked to speak with a manager concerning questions/issues I had about their deposit. It's like she took my request personally and refused to help me! After this whole ordeal, I will never stay here nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your money here!

After getting checked in, we went to our room and it was a king room when it was supposed to be a double. Then we were sent to a room in a separate building and it had a strong smell of cigarettes. 40 minutes after walking down about the wrong bed, they got us into a room. While spending so much time in the lobby, I couldn't get over how terrible it smelled and how dingy and stained the furniture was. After spending over 200 nights a year in hotel rooms, this is going down as one of my worst experiences.

Pretty good place for the price. I spent 3x at the doubletree downtown and didnt like it as much as this Quality Inn. Beds comfy, room clean and good size. Walls kinda thin and doors tend to slam + parking lot kinda dark. I mean, its a sub $100/night place, what do you expect. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Bkfst bumped my review from 3 to 4 stars b/c of how good it was. Will gladly stay again.

Very helpful and friendly staff with good breakfast. Mayona helped me out while in a pinch. My truck brokedown and needed to check inn right away very early in morning and she took great care of me.
