I'm conflicted as to how many stars to put..... the food here is good. It's Arby's and their roast beef is fabulous. I love that they changed the bread back to French bread on the French dip. For a while it was a different bread that didn't soak the juice up very well. I'm bummed they no longer have potato cakes. Apparently it's not a big seller nation-wide so it's been taken off the menu. The girl taking my order in the drive thru was pretty rude as she kept saying "what?! What you said?! What even is that?!" when I asked for potato cakes. Thankfully someone else was there and jumped in to tell me they don't have them and haven't for some time. I was ready to drive away. I don't go there for service- I go for the food.... but her attitude made me not want to return to this location anytime soon. It stinks because this is on my way home and the only other one I know about is over forty minutes the other direction.

I went through the drive through, no cars in parking lot or in drive through I was going to place my order when a male voice said"you don't have to be rude just give me your GD order", I replied what did you just say? I received no response, so I drove up to the window and a few seconds later a tall man came laughing to the window saying I wasn't talking to you lady, I replied really,and he replied I was talking to him, I do not know who him was, I just drove off, what is going on at this location?

Best Arby's out there! I quit Arby's awhile back, bread was stale, everything started tasting like fish.... Then I needed something quick for about 10 people...everyone agreed on Arby's...guess what....just like old times...GREAT!!!!!!! I have even gone back a couple of times, even though I am not in the area that often... Try it, its Great!

I don't go to Arby's more than twice a year if that, but my dad went just days ago and the service was despicable. My dad politely asked in the drive thru what the difference between a couple sandwiches was since one was brisket n another some type of rib for the meat option. Instead of just getting a clear n helpful response, the piece of shit tells him very condescendingly insulting his question saying how one is brisket n the other is a rib. Well that's obvious, but he meant more than that. This is very unacceptable to make a customer feel stupid on a menu item they are ordering considering they are also paying for it or to be rude for no good reason. If I remember correctly, my dad just rode off n did not pay or pick up his sandwich for this unwelcoming service.

Food is delicious but service is terrible. Like it's run by little kids or something. Untrained staff and the slowest service ever. Two hamburgers and 30 min later still waiting in the car. Is this not a fast food restaurant? It's ridiculous

The sandwiches were great, but we were served old fries. And no ketchup (apparently there IS a ketchup shortage). And don't get me started on the floors. I thought I was going to stick to the same spot a couple of times. Yuck! At least the service was friendly!

First time ever eating at an Arby's. Everything was very fresh, tasty and good. The smoked brisket sandwich was very tasty and the three cheese steak was also very good. Lots of meat and the buns were fresh. It did take some time to get through the drive through but not any longer than at other sandwich places. The curly fries were good too. Great addition to the options in the area I think.
