I've been to this location many times.The food is always good. The service is horrible. Every visit the entire staff seems like they hate their job. They make the dining experience uncomfortable. I have called and spoke with store manager and called the regional office but nothing has improved. I will not be returning.

On August 8, 2025, I visited Buffalo Wild Wings at 9005 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584. I placed an order with a server for an appetizer and a burger. While waiting, I also placed an order for wings through the Buffalo Wild Wings app for pickup. I asked if I could enjoy my wings in the restaurant along with my other food. The general manager, Jeff, came over and told me I could not and would have to leave. He claimed it was "corporate policy" that once you order online, you cannot dine in with that particular order. Wanting to confirm, I searched online and found that most Buffalo Wild Wings locations allow customers to eat online orders in the restaurant. I shared this with him, and he quickly changed his reasoning, saying that this location is a franchise. This directly contradicted his original statement about corporate policy. When I questioned the inconsistency, he offered to cancel my dine-in order so I could just pick up my wings. At that point, I decided to cancel both my online and dine-in orders altogether. When I approached the cashier to cancel my online order, the evening manager came over, unaware of the situation. I explained that Jeff said I couldn't eat my online order in the restaurant. She looked confused and told me that customers must order from a server if dining in to avoid taking up a table. I explained that I had ordered from a server as well, yet Jeff still refused. Now, I am forced to wait for corporate to process my refund after being told this was a franchise location. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessary. The inconsistent explanations and poor handling of the situation left a very negative impression.

Slow. Cold food Bad service Waited over an hour for food. I went for a lunch break & had to get my food to go & rush out. It isn't even crowded. Out of the 5 tables with people here only 1 had food the entire time! Ordered food & 15 minutes later the waitress came back & asked what we ordered ... Finally got my food had to take it to go. Tried to eat some real fast & it was cold before I even left the parking lot!! The entire hour I was there we had to keep flagging down some waitress to just get a refill on our drinks. Probably not coming back to this place. I'd rank 0 stars or 1/2 a star if I could. I'm not surprised this place has worked its way all the way down to 2 stars. Highly do NOT recommend coming here.

The drinks here aren't cold there Luke warm Especially the way overpriced beer . The food here sucks the burgers are "smash burgers " . When they are not it's false advertising. The inside of this place is so loud with music that your order is most likely to get messed up . The staff here have zero common sense and there just not great at anything . Overall it's a huge headache of a place I don't recommend here .

Buffalo Wild Wings and I go way back. I went to the OG one in Ohio as a youngster and remembered when Houston got their first one back in the day. It was the only wing place I knew and cared to know. Now they are everywhere. When Pearland got theirs years ago, I would regularly frequent it to watch sporting events and get my wing fix. Then the restaurant itself got old and dingy, customer service got bad and the food just wasn't as good. Recently they moved out of that building and moved to another location right down the street in a stand alone building. Because of my bad experiences at the other location, it took me awhile to try their new location. This location is a good size and has lots of seating. There's also a side entrance to pick up to go orders. Customer service is still lacking here. The kids working have no enthusiasm and just through the motions to get through their work day. I saw an ad pop up on social media and thought it was a good deal so I made a to go order. The deal consisted of 20 boneless wings and fries. I picked 3 flavors and upgrade to wedges instead of fries. I arrived right on time but my food still took another 10 minutes or so to come out. It wasn't even that busy on a Sunday while football was playing. When I got home, I liked that fact that they separated each flavor into their own containers. I do wish that they had an option to split it the way you want like Wingstop. Here, if you have an odd number, they split it the way they want to. I got Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and Dry Desert Heat. I love a bone in wing, but I have always enjoyed B-Dubs boneless wings because of the crunch and size. They seemed to have got considerably smaller but still have that tasty breading on it. The mango habanero was hotter than I remembered, but tasty. The Asian Zing is still top tier as far as flavors go. It has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The dry rub was a little disappointing. It looked like they threw some wings in the container and took a handful of spices and threw it on there. Some bites were just too heavily seasoned. The wedges here are unmatched as well. They have always been a personal favorite of mine. Pro tip, if you have a favorite dry seasoning, they can add it to the wedges. With all that food, they only h"gave me one, measly tiny cup of ranch! How does that make sense. It's common sense the kids working the counters should know. Overall, it was just an ok experience coming back to one of my old favorite wing joints. I know for a fact that other locations are still as good. The Pearland location is still mid at best.

He kept good communication on order update, checking on us if we needed water/drink etc. Wait time: none to be seated but food was a bit slow to come out. Place was not crazy busy Seating: plenty of seating, booths, tables Price: average, we went for the all wings you can eat on Monday for $19.99 Food: had mango habanero with potato wedges. Wings were well cooked and had a good kick of spice. Wedges were also well cooked soft and crunch enough. Will be coming back as both service and food was good.

Sucks waiting 30 minutes for this. Rocks and not boneless wings with no sauce . I had to ask for more sauce but what really upset me was that it's not even chicken just breading.

I used to be a big fan of the burgers here years ago even more than the wings due to their well-seasoned taste and slightly firm texture. The burgers have changed and are a bit too soft imo too. I hadn't had a burger from BWW in years, but I do recall the taste contrast. The one I ordered togo was seasoned, but a bit too fatty or too simple in flavor profile. The bread was too fluffy for the greasiness and the lettuce & tomatoes should be cool like before too. It was almost like a different version of the Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box as opposed to a good wing cafe burger like the past. All in all, it was a good burger, but not great like the 2010s n back. The tater tots I requested instead of the fries were very good, soft but mild crispy and tasty. I initially wanted those buffalo chips which were circular-shaped potatoes for the starch side, but was told they don't sell them at this location. The service was friendly n welcoming at this new location I visited for the first time ever.
