Obtained the chicken strips they were soft, hot, crunchy and tasty. The service was excellent and well ran. The ambiance was busy but friendly.

I absolutely love chick fil a but this location leaves a lot to be desired. From forgetting sauce orders to incorrect drink orders it just feels as though this is one of the lesser accurate locations. However, the location convenience is what makes it preferred from the one on 518.

I don't typically gravitate to CFA... feel they are over-hyped, always crowded and a bit on the pricier side... We came today because I randomly saw a reward from the Houston Astros in my account. (Pleasant surprise!) This was my first visit at this location. I didn't want to fight Broadway traffic around 4:30pm on a weekday so I figured this location would be better. Nope. What a sh*t show. I entered off Kirby and took the access road behind the restaurant, which resulted in me having to make a right into the parking lot. Easy peasy, right? Nope. The drive thru line was so long that I couldn't make a right into the parking lot. Traffic was waiting to make a left into the parking lot off Shadow Creek as well. No one was moving. Then the "lefties" were making their turns into the wrong lane so they could at least get into the parking lot. I couldn't move. Needless to say, we waited for 10+ min to even enter the parking g lot. I ended up parking in a curbside pickup parking spot out of frustration. Luckily no one said anything to me. I ran inside to get my FREE entree. The line was short inside. The kid at the counter was friendly and helpful. He didn't make me feel weird for only ordering a free item. Wait time was a couple minutes. Kids loved their hot snack. We would definitely order the tenders here again. I might return but probably not around 4:30 on a weekday.

Zero stars, had the pimento cheese sandwich from this location and had DIARRHEA for TWO straight days. Never had food poisoning in my life, this place should be condemned.

I know most people will find it hard that someone had rated a Chick-fil-A 2 stars. Well today I visited this location about 4:45Pm - 5:30pm. When I went in, I immediately went to the ladies restroom to wash my hands. Walking to the ladies restroom I notice tables filthy, and the floors really dirty. Made it to the restroom soon as you open the door a very very foul odor the floor was horrible, and counter wet. I do realize that during the summer you have more people in your establishments because you have summer camps that take their programs to different restaurants and Chick-fil-A would be one of those restaurants. So before I place my order I spoke to a Kaleb, asking him can I make two observations he said sure, ma'am, I stated first the ladies restroom needs some attention, and the dining area needs tidying up. He said, OK, thank you, ma'am, and he stopped what he was doing and went and address my concerns with a line of management. I'm thinking to myself by the time my food is ready the dining area would be clean. I thought I saw a worker head toward the restroom with the intent of getting it in order, but I did not return back to the restroom. Unfortunately, when I went to a table it needed cleaning, and I had a few choices to dine at Because again the tables was a mess. One young man was only cleaning the high table top for two near the windows, never made his way to the main dining area the entire time I was there. I went to the young man and asked him for a wipe because he had the wipes in his hand, and I cleaned the table myself. It wasn't a shortage of workers there and the workers appear to be happy and nicely dressed, in their uniform, well groomed. The main dining area never got clean the entire time I was there. The food was good. My order was correct and the temperature of the food was great. I even went back to get a refill and Erick who initially had placed my order waited on me again, very young man. Now this impressed me the most, and I've never seen this at any other establishment, on the it had scan if you need prayer. Erick and I had a conversation about it and he stated that they also had the prayer request in the back. I was very impressed with that because you don't know what your coworkers is going through. I really feel like Chick-fil-A really care about their employees because that is a tool that can help someone. My point is if a customer address an observation that's something that the attention needs to be taken care of at that point, so I'm just going to assume that they had a large group that had attended the restaurant prior to me getting there. I believe if they would have made an effort to clean up that dining area this conversation and this review may not have happened.

When this Chick-fil-A location opened they did a good job representing the Chick Fil A brand. But somewhere in the process especially the first year I became seriously ill from salmonella. I love Chick Fil A and have since returned many times to the Pearland location that is close to Broadway by the H-E-B.. My visit are almost always inside. The frustrating thing is this is the only Chick Fil A in the Houston/Pearland TX area that is miserably under managed. Sorry if it hurts someone's feeling I didn't mean to be hateful if that's how you took it. When you walk in the second door, you could see the beginnings of the trail and it is worse at where they bring the order to you if you're taking out. The dining area is worse. If you compare this location to the chick Fil A one 3 miles north at Beltway 8 It's like night and day. I usually drive the extra miles just because of the cleanliness issues alone. Both locations employees who meet and greet the customers and hand them. The food are always polite, courteous, and follow business protocols. In my never to be humble opinion, this one's on the owner or the manager, depending on which title applies. I'm sure I'll be back to the dirty one when certain reasons give me no other choice. I didn't mean for this to be so long. Thank you. I just noticed they are asking for a rating. From my many experiences on Pearland Parkway by H-E-B the cleanliness issue gives them a weak 2 my opinion. And while I'm at the 1 Chick-fil-A 3 miles north deserves all five stars again based on my many experiences. Again, Thank you.

Food was great, restaurants was clean. I order my food online and had it served to me within 10 minutes from arriving. However, poor customer service. They NEVER checked to see if I needed anything
