Love this Chick-fil-A by Costco on Business Center Dr! It's "my" costco that I use most. They've got curbside, drive-thru, a little outdoor/covered seating area, and even a walk-up window (no inside dining). The people who work here are always super friendly. Curbside is my favorite since they come out so fast every single time. The parking lot is a little tricky, but honestly I've never had any real issues. They even pulled off a big 14-kid meal order for my kids' school last school year and it went great. All made fresh, packed without errors, and ready on time for me to deliver to the school. Definitely recommend this spot!

CFA doesn't catch my eye, but this location is quite convenient since it avoids 518 and the busy parts of 288. I thought I'd give the spicy grilled deluxe a shot since it's probably the healthiest option I can get out of a fast food restaurant. I ordered on the app about 1.5 miles away and it supposedly starts preparing your food when you're close, but I still had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter even though I didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes after placing the order. The spicy grilled deluxe admittedly makes all the difference in comparison to their lackluster regular grilled chicken sandwich. It contains more flavor and the extra 30 cents you pay goes a long way. It didn't taste spicy at all, but maybe I'm just a spice fanatic. Logistically, this location operates sub-optimally. There's no dine in area other than a couple outside tables and ordering takes place either at the outdoor counter or drive-thru. The lack of dining areas doesn't necessary pose a problem, but placing a drive-thru lane in a crowded lot right next to an intersection poses annoying, and sometimes serious, traffic problems during peak hours. The line of cars sometimes backs up to end of the intersection, and navigating the lot feels like playing Rush Hour. This isn't even the first time that Chick Fil A in particular has faced this issue, so I have no idea how this location's design got approved. I'd avoid this location during peak hours but it's otherwise a standard Chick Fil A.

They are super slow. The line is typically long but that's expected. Curbside I typically wait about 15min or so. So far as of now as I'm writing this review I have been waiting for 14 min. That is super long being I ordered curbside and not all stalls are full upon arriving. Seems that it's a bunch of ppl on the inside working so it's hard to say they are short staffed EVERYTIME I come. So idk. I give a 2 star because of the long wait time every single time I come via drive thru or curbside

This is the weirdest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The main reason we came is because we had received free chicken sandwich coupons and they were expiring the next day so we wanted to take advantage. First off, the only options are drive-thru or order at an outside counter and eat outside... there literally is no inside dining. The parking is odd and due to the layout, the drive thru blocks the parking... and 90% of the parking is tagged as curbside pickup. I parked in a curbside spot because I had no other options. I didn't realize at first there wasn't an interior to this location. I was shocked to see the ordering window outside. There was a line of maybe 5 people. We waited for nearly 10 minutes and the line didn't move. The lady in front of me was getting visibly annoyed. I decided to order from my app and just do pickup. Not sure why there wasn't anyone working the window. We waited at an outdoor table for our order. Wait time was probably another 10 minutes. Our food was good. Other reviewers mentioned not being able to customize their items. This wasn't the case with me. I ordered my chicken sandwich without the bun, in a lettuce wrap and added tomato and it was made like I ordered. Unfortunately, because of how odd this location is, I don't know if I will return. To be honest, eating out is something special to me. We don't do it a ton and I don't want to eat in my car on the go. (Which we ended up eating in the car in the parking lot.) Getting to sit down and enjoy a meal makes it nice and as much as I don't mind eating outside, I don't want to when it is 100 degrees. Only employee interaction was when a girl handed me our bag. Ordering with an app takes out much of that human interaction.

This location is our go to. The food is always fresh, fries always hot, and they're fast as lightning getting your food out to you. Now, do note it's only a drive thru and pickup/order at the window with no sit down restaurant. It can be a hassle trying to get out of the parking lot because it's situated in a strip center with other businesses and on a busy street that leads to Costco which is across the street. If you ever forget to order anything at the drive thru, you'll just need to walk up to the patio area to place that order. Very clever of them to have it set up as a walkup order business rather than a sit down.

Thank you Chelsea!!! This is my far the best ice cream cone I've received. You took your time, and made it right the first time. I totally appreciate it.! The ambiance is busy but friendly. My order, which included a sandwich was ready by the time I arrived at the window. Fresh and hot! I From now on, I'll order a Chelsea cone! Because some locations need help!!! Totally happy driving home.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A that hasn't already been said? They didn't invent chicken. Just the chicken sandwich. If we're talking fast food, Chick-fil-A is at the top of the list for me. This location is a little different in that you can't dine in. It's drive-through only. Well the drive-through or you can walk up and order from outside. That's actually the pro tip here. Instead of sitting in your car and waiting in a long line (which they do move through efficiently but still), get out of your car, walk up to the kiosk, and put your order in. You'll get a couple of steps in that way too. My go-to is either the chicken sandwich or the tenders with Polynesian sauce. With a lemonade.

Ordered a large meal, got through the line and left. Decided to check the food. They gave us a side of pimento cheese instead of a pimento cheese sandwich. Who tf orders 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese. We stopped and my mother walked up to the outside window to get the sandwich they forgot. They forced my mom to go back to her car and come back up and buy the sandwich because they rang us up for the 2 tablespoons of cheese rather than the sandwich. They would not remove the price of the 2 tablespoons of cheese ($3.99) from the new order. She had to buy the sandwich and go back out to the car and get the 2 tablespoons of cheese and bring it back up there to get a separate refund. If you fuck someone's order up, you cover the charge to change it. You don't force someone to go back to their car twice. Worst service at a Chick-fil-A anywhere.
