Amazing customer service and the chicken salad flavors are so flavorful!! I tried 4 different flavors and settled on the Sassy Scotty on a Sandwich (croissant). They were all flavorful, I definitely will be back and trying different variations.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and I'm glad I finally did. Upon entering, I was instantly delighted with the cozy decor. This is a place I could hang out and feel comfy cozy the entire time there. Excellent fresh and tasty chicken salad sandwich and broccoli salad too! Genuinely friendly service. First time here after passing by for years. They serve different flavors of chicken salad so I ordered the chicken salad with bacon and cheese. Joe took my order and he was very polite and helpful and he had some bomb looking hair. The meal comes with a scoop of chicken salad and a side with a cookie and crackers. Or you can get two scoops of chicken salad and no side. The chicken salad was basic, not very tasty to me. It tasted like something you get from the grocery store. Now the side of broccoli salad was delicious! The cookie was okay after I picked some of the icing off. The ambiance was cool...kinda like a home style vibe.

This place is disgusting. The chicken salad tastes terrible. It has no flavor. Everything feels gross and unclean. Their mac and cheese is terrible. There cheese melts are gross and plasticky and dry. The only benefit was the service which was wonderful but every time I've went you can hear the manager snapping at employee's which I think is unprofessional and disgusting.

When I heard about Chicken Salad Chick, I thought it was worth a try. I was intrigued by the idea of a restaurant that offers different types of chicken salad. I would say this restaurant is a good quick or fast food option if you are looking for something that is more on the healthier side. I ordered the Chick combo which comes with a chicken salad scoop or sandwich and a side. You can also get an additional scoop or side for an additional price. I am not very adventurous so I went with the classic carol scoop and pasta salad as my side. the meal also came with crackers, a pickle and a little cookie. I did not expect much from chicken salad but I must say everything was delicious and fresh. I also had to try the grape salad which I absolutely loved. The whole meal was a 10/10 and I will definitely be back soon.

DELICIOUS...period. I love chicken salad and the fact they have different varieties of it was the main reason to try them. I ordered the chicken salad BLT on croissant with the Sassy Scotty salad for my husband and I. My side was the Classic Carol salad and my Hubs had bbq chips. The lil frosted sugar cookie was such the needed pizzazz to this lunch. Now you had me excited to try the watermelon sweet tea but someone must've forgotten to put sugar in it....it wasn't sweet for my southern soul. Nevertheless I will be back for more salad deliciousness!

Who would have thought that chicken salad could be so tasty?! I didn't really care for chicken salad when I was younger, but it grew on me as I got older. I've been driving past this place for months and finally decided to stop by for dinner. I ordered from the drive thru. I had the The Chick and chose the Barbie-Q chicken salad (scoop) and a side of broccoli salad. The chicken salad was very good and flavorful. I love BBQ flavor and it did not disappoint. The broccoli salad was really good too! The dressing had a sweetness to it that went well with the savory flavor of the chicken salad. They gave me plenty of crackers for the chicken salad as well as a pickle spear (yum). And to my surprise, there was a buttercream sugar cookie which is one of my favorites! It tasted just like Cheryl's cookies which are basically crack cookies lol. I wasn't expecting a cookie so that was a nice surprise. The young man at the drive thru was so friendly! I explained that it was my first time ordering and he was really helpful. He suggested that I try the chicken tortilla soup next time which they have on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm already looking forward to going back to try some of the other flavors. The Dixie Chick sounds delicious! I'm glad I finally tried Chicken Salad Chick!
