Had a horrible experience at this location, several people walked out without eating. I ordered chicken nachos beans on the side and they were burnt had beans on them and no meat, dressed corn on the cob ( burnt), bone in wings (they served us boneless wings but corrected the other only to overcook the wings, the kids pizza was undercooked, the tenders were overcooked and the 4 watermelon margaritas were supposed to have sugar on rim but it was clearly salt. The manager asked if they could make us something and we chose chips and salsa, and it took the 30 minutes to make them. I am willing to revisit them in the future, hope the experience is better.

Went in 1/19/25 about 430! Had issues with website it kept booting me out when I was placing the order . So as a result, my order was charged twice . I asked for a refund , the girl at Togo just wrote the last for of my card number down and said it'll be 5-7days . I told her I would prefer a receipt showing the refund ?!? She got her manager , the manger emphasize when she does it in 15 minutes she'll give me my receipt?? As if she'll get to it when she gets to it .. I left because I had to go food why would I wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to get cold ?? So hopefully she gets around to it lol ..

I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years but I must say I'm glad I did last week. So glad that I ended up eating there twice! Both times opting for their curbside option which is swift and easy. The first time I ate there I went for lunch. They've got some great filling $9 lunch menu options. The first time I went, I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich with fries. It was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but definitely a solid meal for $9 and for the amount of food you get. The second time I went I ordered the salmon from their Healthier options menu. The salmon is absolutely delish, firm and crisp around the edges but juicy and well seasoned. With it I had steamed broccoli, which was fresh and crispy and black beans that were perfectly seasoned. A good low-glycemic meal to go with if you're looking for one at Chili's.

Amazing experience - Came here for my 21st birthday today and the waitress/bartender Alyssa was so kind and attentive. Food was quick and very tasty, and watching the Astros on the big TVs was very nice too! 5 stars just for her, she made a new regular customer!

It's time to change the size of your "bowl" of soup. I've been sick, and the potato soup sounded appetizing. But it's the smallest "bowl" I've ever seen. I genuinely yelled at my husband thinking he got the cup (we ordered a Togo), and was not satisfied after eating the whole "bowl". If you have to raise the price (again) do it, but please increase the portion size...
