This was unfortunately the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I waited over 30 minutes because there was only one person preparing orders while the cashier was busy refilling utensils. Another employee handled the meat, and one focused solely on online orders--leaving the in-store line completely stalled. Meanwhile, several staff members seemed more focused on making their own food and drinks than helping customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location--it's extremely slow, and you'll be waiting far longer than expected.

I went through a Chipotle addiction phase throughout high school and college. I probably visited this location alone 150+ times over the span of those 7 years, and not once have I seen any changes to its operations even though there are clear areas for improvement. The food itself usually tastes decent, but the crowd control and portion sizes are an entirely different story. There are no where near enough employees at the serving line and cash register. The line extends all the way to the entrance and sometimes even intrudes into the dining area during lunch/dinner hours. On multiple occasions, I've craved Chipotle but then changed my mind after seeing the ridiculous line. The popularity of this location doesn't speak to Chipotle's amazing customer experience; it merely reflects the lack of other semi-healthy fast food options nearby. However, Pearland's food scene has steadily expanded over the years and it's not certain whether customers will continue to put up with this restaurant's inefficient operations in the near future. Small portion sizes are more of a universal Chipotle problem, but it still deserves mentioning. Don't shy away from asking for extra. The only toppings that cost more for extra are meats, guac, and queso. Also, keep in mind that ordering on the app to save time will come at the near guarantee of small portions. Coming in about 30-45 minutes before closing time typically circumvents these problems, as workers usually provide more generous servings (a lot of the food would go in the garbage otherwise). To be clear, these are issues with management and not individual workers. I can't speak on anyone else's personal experiences, but I've never encountered a rude server or cashier here. I still enjoy the convenience of Chipotle during non-peak hours, but I'm looking the other way if its 12-1pm or 5-7pm.

I love chipotle , I personally think I like the burrito more than a bowl but it is your choice you can also choose a lot variety of meats and sides definitely recommend! Also love price it's not that expensive . Fast service as well . Been to places with better ambiance but to be a chipotle it wasn't that bad

Orders are slow. Online orders sit behind the counter with no one announcing as they are ready. Poor quality, small servings and missing ingredients.

I don't know why I bother coming to this location. The restaurant is never clean and the employees do f care. Today there was no ice in the soda machine and no utensils. No one gave a darn. There are too many Chipotles in the area. I've learned my lesson.

Unbelievable!!! Please QA and ensure the meals are prepared as ordered. I really do not have to words right now, concerning my meal. I have never had an issue with ordering from you here in the past, however this one time and especially when I was looking forward to the meal, comes as a let down. Here's the why, I ordered a bowl that should have contained no meat (because I eat vegan) and of course several bites in and enjoying the dish, I find my bowl has both the meat substitute and chicken. Why???? Of course, I DoorDashed and that was 30mins no problem, so of course I didn't want a do over of time and the wait. So, this is one way to curve your appetite... Some times you can trust too much. Remember to QA your bowl, if you order delivery. Until the next one, Bye-Bye!

When you get there, go ahead and turn around, get back in your car and drive to a different location. The workers are young rude teenagers that act like you messed up their day by coming in there. Got to the end and asked the girl standing there for guac and she looks at me and walks away... zero customer service skills from everyone. Literally every person I encountered had an attitude. Im not sure what yall are teaching them in training but you should include some instructions on customer service. Plus the food quality is not as good as other locations. Counter is also a mess most days

When I walked into receive my food, the line was long, but I did order on the app for pick up. Seeing that they were swamped I patiently waited until they called my name. When I arrived home, my food was all wrong. I asked for white cilantro, rice I received brown, the quesadilla poorly filled with dry meat. Overall dissatisfied with the order and then I also tipped. It was a waste of money clearly.

This has to be the worse establishment in all of Houston/Pearland. I've received better service in Chinatown (IYKYK) I really hope this review reaches who ever it needs to. GM? A manager? Or someone checking the reviews to see if it's always this bad. From the looks of it, YES. This place SUCKS. I think the person to blame in all of this has to be the manager. If there's even one. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. If you were like me and made the mistake of ordering your food online, you will wait over an hour. We got there 15 minutes after we ordered 8pm and waited patiently. The line was out the door so we assumed, maybe someone walked out during a shift or something happened in the kitchen. And hour goes by and we go to the counter to see what's the hold up. (Its 9:00 at this point) and the person says, "oh you'll get it at 9:30" If you had a similar experience don't feel bad, apparently this happens to everyone and it's just the vibes here.
