Even though it not crawfish season. We came here for regular food. This time we got shrimp and grits (Nola bbq shrimp style) this has to be one of my favorites item on the menu!!!!5/5 If you from New Orleans then you know about Patton Hot Sausage Poboy! This isn't your regular ordinary sausage. Dressed with remoulade sauce and lettuce tomatoes. Come with side fried rice! 4.5/5 . Overall food was great. I think Chef need to come up with another gumbo recipe. It's not that good.

My wife and I like to check out local spots and today's random choice was Crawfish Cafe. When I tell you Crawfish Cafe did not disappoint. I enjoyed every part of my meal to include the Lechee Mai Tai drinks, it's Sunday in Texas, gotta find a nice drink to compliment this amazing meal. I was a little apprehensive on if I wanted to even get a crab boil because I had been disappointed earlier in the week. But as a girl born in Baltimore and raised in DC, Crabs and the like are essential summer grabs. Anywho, I was so surprised at how delicious this meal was. Not for nothing, I'm used to a certain standard when it comes to seafood because Maryland is specifically known for its crabs. The tastes blew me away. I opted for the XL Smack Pack substituting the rice for garlic noodles, and my wife got the Snack Pack. We also got some crawfish empanadas. At first glance, I was taken away by the presentation. It was picture perfect. These photos do it no justice, however the taste was beyondddd what I expected. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the shrimp was also cooked to perfection. We both substituted our sausages for pineapple sausages and it was just as I expected. Juicy and delicious. I devoured my corn. Thank god I substituted the potato for another corn. The fact that they make it so easy to make the substitutions when you order online also is a huge plus. As this was being our first time we went inside and the ambiance was welcoming and bright. Customers seemed to feel at home as it was super spacious and we saw plenty of families dining in. They have a glass where you can see the chefs at work if you were one of those picky eaters. However, for customers convenience they have a pick up only drive thru. That's a huge perk especially if you're on the go and don't wish to dine in. Overall, I'd give them a 20/10 because they definitely blew me away.

My co-worker came here for dinner. He got the catfish poboy and fries. I got the Cajun fried rice with half crawfish and half shrimp. My coworker said his poboy was not bad, but definitely had better. My rice was good, but could've used some more Cajun seasoning in my opinion. The waitress struggled. We had to continually ask for refills for our drinks. We asked for another refill towards the end of dinner and she brought us to-go drinks without even asking if we're done with our food. We had to have another server refill our to-go cups because our original server never came back after we paid our bill. I'd try it again, but hopefully we'll have another server.

Food tasted okay, but the chargrilled oysters were the size of a dime. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. Service was mediocre. Sat 10 minutes before being approached. Had to get attention of wait staff to bring us anything. Too bad not near as good as when first opened.

One of our favorite crawfish spot! Have been eating it at Houston location for years and now the Pearland location just hit the spot! We love their garlic butter flavor for crawfish and shrimp. Always have to pair with the fried rice! So yum!! Although I wish the noodles can be more flavorful. And the garlic bread can use some improvement as well. Except that, great restaurant, great service. They also have outdoor seating in Pearland, so you can enjoy the relaxed weekend feel. Maybe not in Houston summer, but still a cool option to have. Very well. Definitely will be back!

So glad that they opened this Crawfish Cafe here in Pearland! I longer have to make that long drive to Bellaire to get my boiled seafood fix . My sister and I ordered the crawfish, shrimp, snow crabs and the mussels all with The Signature House Special Blend medium spicy. So so good!! They also have really good margaritas with different flavors such as mango, peach and strawberry. The service here is great too. I brought my 1 year old with me and they were very accommodating. They gave him some crayons to color with and keep him entertained. He also enjoyed the popcorn shrimp with fries that they had on the kids menu! The restaurant has a very casual ambiance and a chill vibe. It gets pretty packed and busy on the weekends, so expect a bit of a wait before you are seated - worth the wait though!

Crawfish season has come and crawfish cafe is great. Went there with a few friends a month ago. At that time, they had run out of fresh crawfish and only had frozen, and had also run out of their thai basil flavor. Got the garlic butter crawfish and fries. The fries were nice and crispy, the kind of fries people dream about. The crawfish was flavorful, with a good portion of large crawfish to balance the smaller ones. The restaurant was quiet at first but by the time we left, it was booming, with a line forming outside. Had crawfish cafe again recently, just takeout instead and the crawfish was delicious still. A little smaller but with a good mix of large crawfish too. It's good enough to hold up to the nostalgia factor of a home crawfish boil in terms of taste. Definitely a must when you're craving crawfish.

To be a Cajun creole restaurant the food was not seasoned. The wait staff was slow. Put more seasoning in the food.

I am so glad Crawfish Cafe is in Pearland. I'm glad to see they are expanding. This has been my favorite spot to go to since my all time fav spot Jolynn's closed. Me & some friends decided to meet up on a Friday night which we knew there would be a wait so we decided to try and get a reservation, no sir not possible. I called for days and no answer and tried messaging and no reply so we had to just go to the place and wait 90 minutes to get seated. No big deal as we just hung out between Jinya's bar and Paris Baguette. This strip center has quite a few great options, there is also a Via313 which I tried the Clear Lake location and I very much enjoyed it. Parking - well if you get there at dinner time it's a mess, figured the best option would just be to go to the back of the building and park...they have clearance between the 2 buildings to walk through to get to the front. Eats - Garlic Noodles - gotta have them (Flavors I don't know as friends ordered Shrimp - deveined yes, good size, very tasty Mussels - were amazing) Crab Legs - Garlic butter spicy - loved them, cooked just right, no struggle getting the crab out. Crawfish- Garlic butter spicy is my go to, love the flavor, the garlic, butteriness and a little hint of sweetness and spiciness. Will have to check out extra spicy next time. Friends enjoyed and they said that they thought these were better than the hong kong market or Sheppard location. Id have to do a side by side by side to tell you, but I really enjoy all 3 spots. Guess they have one in the Woodlands now too. Road trip. Looks like I forgot to take pics of the crawfish, must have dug right in.

Showed up for a Saturday evening dinner, around 8ish. I was a little concerned as some of our yelp-folk had noted there have been outages later in the day. Outages meaning no crawfish. Luckily, no such issue for our evening, but we did have to wait a wee bit. We were told 20 minutes for a wait, and it was closer to 45. This was our second attempt to come, so we stuck it out. Thems the breaks. Seating seems quite plentiful. There were open tables everywhere, and a lot of space. I think the wait was more for the human resources, as opposed to space availability. The staff were hustling. Even so, service was a little slow. You have an open view of behind the counter, so when folks are posted up chilling out in the back, you see it. We had to repeat some requests for a few things, a few times, before it got handled. Still a relatively new business ,so I'll chalk it up to growing pains. We had beer, some sides and crawfish. Crawfish, we did 3 lbs each to start, flavor was a custom mix of The Grail and Lemon Pepper seasoning. I also asked for a cup of the sauce on the side to dip my critters in. In all honesty, the bottom of the bowl tastes a million times better than the fresh sauce, because of all the mixing and boiling, but you have to get to the bottom before you can use it. The cup helped, and it wasn't overly priced at $1. I'd do it again. We ended up ordering a second round of critters just before last call. The bad thing about crawfish, is that you never get full. The good thing about having a bunch of crawfish at 9pm is that you don't feel uncomfortably full for the rest of the night after eating so late. Perspective. We also ordered garlic Noodles. I got the side portion, it was good. I wouldn't want that as a full order. The Fried Okra, was solid, nothing fancy. The same for the Hushpuppies. If you like them you like them, and you've had them before. Clean place, a little pricier than crawfish had been back in my day (insert sound of joints popping), but at the same time it ain't cheap anywhere anymore. We'll be back, and in greater numbers.
