I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but this dominos has great pizza (I like the thin crust). Staff is very friendly and food is not pricey. I've been there several times and will go back more.

Ive ordered from here delivery and that's a whole other post that is needed. My first time ordering carry out and this is who they have at the counter with no net, hair not even in a ponytail and on top of the nasty appearance, he's scratching his nose and steady touching his hair while going to the back handling things with no gloves. I asked for a manager and apparently one was not there for me to leave a complaint. At least have the employee put the hair in a ponytail or require a hair net. Appearance and presentation is everything!! Wings need to be baked longer so they can be crispy if requested

on September 10, 2025, we ordered a pizza from the in Pearland, Texas. The delivery guy delivered it to the wrong apartment. It was already paid for we are called the store because the people who called us number on the receipt. The manager took some time coming to the phone because the employee kept asking me. What's your complaint in a very nasty tone as I he finally put a manager on the phone I explained everything to the manager it wasn't upset at all the manager said I have your ticket here cause we had a ticket number from the order. I went over the order with the manager what we had ordered he agreed to replace the two pieces now the pizzas we received 25 minutes later one was what we had ordered. Was not it was a pineapple with beef. No one here is pineapple. I said he didn't care to make sure that we receive the right two pieces to replace the ones that were delivered to the wrong home. I guess since we weren't paying for these two, they could've cared less, but we will not be ordering from the Dominoes in Pearland Texas ever again since they don't put for a good effort to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied.

I order from dominos all of the time.. I've never left a bad review for anyone but here this goes. I always order off of the app but today it's saying they have technical difficulties and to call the store. the online app always has coupons making each pizza today $6.99 for a medium. I ordered 2 and she tells me it's $35.. I told her I would normally order online but online/app isn't working and said to call the store. she tells me sorry she can't help me. why in the world would I pay $35 (actually over $40 because I always tip 20-25%!) for two medium pizzas when if their website was working I'd spend max $25 with all fees? she wasn't helpful at all and dominos has lost a customer. I'd definitely be upset if I owned that business and knew the employee turned someone away due to a website error on their end.

We have ordered from this Domino's 3 or 4 times since moving to Pearland. I can't believe how LOW the rating is for this location. I always LOVE Domino's. My husband and I have moved 7x since we've been married and we can always count on Domino's tasting exactly the same wherever we live. I will take Domino's over any pizza any day. To start, I delivered pizzas for a pizza joint in Western NY for 8 years so I feel for delivery drivers and I rarely, I repeat RARELY order for delivery. There are too many variables that could happen during your delivery which would push the time back. If you want your pizza at a specific time, go pick it up yourself. Honestly, I used to hate when people would be too lazy to come get their pizza and complain about how long their order took. I've also read reviews about people calling to order and being on hold for however long. Ummmm... I know 2020 hasn't been the best year but come on folks, order from the app. Use the pizza tracker. I can't remember the last time I actually called a Domino's to order pizza. Time-wise, I have noticed that the length is slightly longer than usual. When we lived in Midland, I would order on the app and leave the house and it was always a "game" to see if I could make it to the restaurant before I received the "Done" notification. This Domino's is usually about 5-10 minutes slower. Staff are usually pretty cool. I had one slight hiccup one visit where the kid at the counter insisted I needed to pay for my order despite me paying on the app when I ordered. I even had to pull up my banking app to prove that I had in fact, my account had a Domino's deduction. Then he realized that he was looking at the wrong order. Ah well. No big deal. Not a reason to give an establishment a "one star". I've been back since that issue and everyone has been great. With my last visit, I had specifically requested no cheddar on the cheeseburger pizza. I asked the guy at the counter if we could check it before I left "just in case" and the girl making the pizzas assured me that she made it correctly and even joked that if it was wrong, "It wasn't me." Cost-wise, you can't beat the price at Domino's. We typically will go with the $5.99 2-topping medium pizzas. This last visit we "splurged" and added their new cheeseburger pizza to our order and it did NOT disappoint. Typically we go with just pepperoni and it's always WONDERFUL. Bonus, collect some rewards and snag a free pizza after like 6 points. Boom. We'll definitely be returning! I'm drooling thinking about how perfectly delicious their pies are.

Takes almost 2 hours to get a pizza after waiting all that time because it delivered really dry and hard wouldn't recommend ordering here was better off ordering from Pizza Hut or even a little Caesars.

Ordered two pizzas online, Dominos had a deal going on, large 3 topping pizza for $7.99. I placed the ordered and my pizzas were ready for pick up within the next 15 mins. I have no complaints with this location. The pizzas tasted great too. Paid less than $20 for 2 large pizzas that were ready in under 20 mins.

Domino's, one of the major players, along with Pizza Hut and Papa John's, is not an establishment I frequently visit. I'd much rather visit a local joint. But, I got a flyer in the mail promoting a two-topping large pizza for $5.99, and since I hadn't had Domino's in a while, I made the plunge. I visited the location closest to my home, the Shadow Creek location. Domino's isn't a dine-in type of spot. It's a pick-up or delivery type of spot. They do have some bar-stool type seating and a table but not a lot and it's very small. I did end up dining in which was probably a mistake. The AC wasn't operating. When it's June in Houston, you know that's a bad thing. The manager also didn't honor my coupon. She said that the coupon isn't valid for her location even though she's the closest one to my home. She said it's valid for another location but this is unfair since the flyer didn't specify a specific location for the coupon. It should have and Domino's is a nationwide chain so I expect to be able to use it anywhere. I understand their stores are franchised but this is bad business. This put me in a tough spot. She offered me a three topping pizza for $7.99, $2 more but one more topping, so I took her up on her offer. I would have had to waste my time driving to another location plus the gas money. However, I wouldn't have come in the first place if the flyer was clear. I feel like the manager should have honored the coupon. Moving on from the bad service, I got a hand-tossed pizza with ham, pineapple, and pepperoni. I prefer Domino's to Pizza Hutt and Papa John's. I like how their crust is well-seasoned. With that being said, it's still mediocre pizza. There are so many other great options out there where you can have a better meal and you can support local.

This has got to be the worst pizza franchise ever. The first time I ordered for carry-out they got the order wrong and the pizza tasted like s**t. The next time I ordered they actually got the order right. Last night I ordered a pizza for carry-out, After paying for the pizza, I waited for 15 minutes and the counter girl said it was coming right out. Another ten minutes later the manager says they sent my pizza out for delivery, did I want to wait another 15 minutes for a new one? I told her to refund my my money! Also they do not wear gloves to handle the food!
