Service is too notch with great tasting and fresh breakfast food. Our server notice my flatware was taken with the appetizer. So right when the entree was served. She had a nee set ready to go. So observant to take care of that without needing to be asked. That is great service.

Waitress was nice. We came on a Saturday with 3 kids and seat down right away. The French toast was so delicious. Chicken apple sausage is to die for. Wish I woukd have gotten two French toast. I want more lol. Lovely palce

I always have a nice time at First Watch. We were warmly greeted as we walked into the restaurant. All the staff we saw had pleasant attitudes. Our waitress, Tammy was a joy, she was prompt, personable, and answered all our questions. My husband had the Works omelette with a side of potatoes. It was delicious. I tried the new Double Bacon Parmesan Hash. Overall the dish was missing some flavors- perhaps a bit or garlic and a different type of onion in the Hash. That being said, the portion was generous, the bacon was crispy, and the overall combination of ingredients were nice. I gave feedback to the kitchen manager who was kind enough to listen and explain their seasoning approach. She gave me a small amount of their in-house seasoning blend to use. I appreciate their receptiveness and we will be back.

Came here for a brunch. We put our wait list down online so that we didn't have to wait as long once we got there. We were seated right away which was nice. Our waitress was okay. Not very attentive. She took our order. We had asked for some substitutions and to not have certain things added. But of course when we get our food they were not made. The waitress never checked to see if everything was okay and was honestly no where to be seen. Not sure if we would go back just from that one back experience on its own.

Tammy was a great server and my food was really good. I appreciate their gluten-free options! I have never had a reaction from cross-contamination. They have always taken great care of me. Also, bonus, we were seated as soon as we walked in. For reference we came in on a Friday at about 8:30am.

Drinks: Cinnamon toast cereal milk: 10/10. Absolutely delicious. Perfect for a coffee drinker. Purple Haze: 10/10. Always a hit. Food: Million Dollar Bacon - 10/10. Highly recommend if you love sweet/savory. Trifecta with scrambled eggs. Substituted the meat for an extra egg since I always get the million dollar bacon as a side (comes with 4 if you do it like that vs 2 if you use it as your meat side). I add pecans to my pancakes and honestly... It's really good. 8/10. I wish it was buttermilk pancakes. My stars come from what I ordered. Not necessarily the service because it's different every time I come. The food however is consistent. This is a breakfast place so this is not a turn up for brunch. Wear casual clothes. Ambiance is breakfast appropriate.

Brunch with the fam is always a treat! First Watch did not disappoint. I enjoyed my pancakes with bacon and grits. My aunt especially enjoyed the Million Dollar Bloody Mary. The restaurant has plenty of great seating with casual contemporary decor. It's busy on a Sunday morning as to be expected. The food and service were great!

I have taken my family to this First Watch a few times. I could take it or leave it, but they love it. The girls absolutely love the chocolate chip pancakes. When we order them it has to be with no butter because that apparently ruins them. My middle daughter has tried the biscuits before, but they aren't that great, kinda dry and she doesn't like the crumb of them. So, she doesn't ever try anything but those Chocolate chip pancakes. The little one will sometimes get a waffle if she's in the right mood. She seems to really like those too, just with no butter. My son will usually get the pancakes with eggs and bacon. He can't get their fried eggs because they never cook them enough. He doesn't like it with they're too runny. So, he sticks to scrambled eggs now. He has also complained that the bacon is never crispy. They are known for soggy bacon. I share that thought with him. The bacon is never cooked well. It reminds me of precooked microwave bacon. Which actually gets crispier than the bacon they cook here. The coffee is hit or miss too, sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's super bitter. I don't know. I don't want to come back here but these kids like it so, we will probably be back. The service is usually always ok, but it gets so busy on the weekends. I usually never want to wait that long for a mediocre breakfast. It's five of us, so we always end up waiting a while. It's cooling down now so at least we could wait outside. There is only a bench and a couple of chairs to wait in the front. There is also a bar inside that you could sit at, which would be ok if it were just my husband and I.
