We tried the roast beef and cheddar sub ($17) and spicy Italian #7 ($15), both in the giant size to share. They were good but didn't wow me. I thought they were both a little dry and needed more sauce even though I'd already added extra while ordering. The roast beef in particular needed more of the horseradish sauce as it was a bit dry, and there weren't enough of the fried onions. The spicy Italian was a little better, with a bit more dressing on the lettuce on the edges of the sandwich. The bread was simple, nothing fancy, but good toasted. They put a decent amount of meat on the subs. The veggies tasted fresh. The sandwiches came out in a reasonable time. There were a few people who came in for pick up as well, as you can order online if you're really in a hurry. They're in a small plaza, and parking was easy. The employees were friendly. It's a very casual place. There's a good amount of tables inside to enjoy your sandwiches if you want, and it was mostly empty with a quiet ambiance aside from people getting take out when I was there.

First off the Owner of the company is a huge grass hole . The sandwich's here are pretty good definitely not fresh all the time but it is every once in a while . The staff here I've had a few experiences where a staff member was definitely creepy and a lil too friendly . Like in an uncomfortable way . The prices here are pretty decent . Overall it's ok for what it is just not the staff or the Owner .

I ordered three sandwiches. After 15 min which is unusual at Jimmy John's, I asked about my food. They gave my order away to someone else and didn't say anything until I asked. They said they were making me new ones. Ok, no problem, then they said they were out of bread as a few customers behind me got their order. Then they announced they were making more bread and we had to wait 10-15 min. Not typical of JJ's. Is there a management issue? Didn't offer a remedy at all. Wow.

Worst experience ever. I went to the Jimmy John's in Pearland in Silver Lake. And the manager made my order when I got my order home I had brown lettuce which I know that's not an indication of fresh lettuce. Let me first tell you when I walked in the store the manager Shane was speaking with a customer who was already complaining. So I should've known then that this was not gonna be a good experience. When I called him to let him know about the brown lettuce. He told me that there was nothing that he could do about the lettuce he gave me the lettuce that he had in the store. So when I asked to speak with his manager he said I am the manager and I told him no it's somebody above you. He told me his manager would be in at 8 AM in his name was Brian. He that point he didn't even offer an apologize. So I would never recommend anybody to go to this location ever.

Their #12, #7 unwich are good. Very disappointed that my coupon was not honored. Instead, I was told that there were no rewards listed under my phone number. However this email does not state anything about having to have reward points. It said that I can get a sandwich a regular sandwich for 499 until May 10, 2023.

So I experienced the worse customer service ever. Granted the place was a meet up place to do some important documents only because Starbucks doesn't have dine in right now. I went to the counter to ask questions about the menu but two people in my party was seated. I walked out to the car to grab a pin and came back in to someone telling the tanks they have to order. One person in the party was discussing the paperwork and responded ok we are going to order. He then states people sit here for 3 hours and we literally haven't been in the establishment over 6 minutes. He then states no you have to order NOW' we were like no we don't have to order when you tell us we said we were ordering but you don't rush a customer and tell us to order right now especially when we are not familiar with the menu and I just came to the counter and I pointed out who I spoke with. He was terribly rude and I felt it was a race thing because had I have no color you wouldn't tell them they have to order now . I am calling corporate because that is not how you deem service to any customer that walks in an establishment. I was very disturbed because you first off don't know who we are and you talk to us any kind of way

Ordered online for delivery at 11:45. The driver showed up over an hour late. Watered down drinks and cold sandwiches that were lukewarm. No one called or explained anything for the delay. Missed my lunch break and couldn't eat and very questionable sandwich. About the sandwiches, they put one slice of meat in the sandwich. See pictures. 28.00 for 2 of these. Make your own sandwich, it will be cheaper and better.
