I came in for a snack while running errands. I ordered the crazy puffs which are basically 4 little pepperoni pizza muffin sized bites. Cashier said it would take about 15 minutes so I ran an errand and came back. They were hot, cheesy and surprisingly very yummy! Good on the go snack that I was able to eat in the car without making a mess.

I never learn when it comes to this location. I have never once received my order on time. And we're not taking 2-3 minutes past the estimated time, it's consistently 20-30 minutes past the time. It's faster for me to go to the one across town than waiting at this location. If you want a pizza for dinner from here, order it at lunch. I placed an online order at around 3:18 PM for one pizza and an order of Crazy Puffs, with an estimated ready time of 3:39 PM. Unfortunately, my order wasn't ready until much later, approximately 3:55, which was quite inconvenient. The staff seemed uninterested and disorganized. I hope they can improve their service speed and customer communication in the future. Mind you, me and another customer stood in the front without being greeted for an unnecessary amount of time before being helped because the shift leader was on the phone and the front counter attendant was busy in the kitchen. There was barely anything ready in the Hot & Ready section, and NO orders in the self help pizza portals. Little Caesars is known for hot and ready, but there was nothing hot nor ready here today. A pizza at dominos is $1 more and includes an additional topping only a few minutes down the road, they always greet and update you the moment you walk in their doors. I would recommend going to them to others to save time & energy!

Bro only the plus size older woman with twist was pleasant. They had to remake my order and to tell me. They wouldn't mix my sauce and they were complaining THE WHOLE TIME. A whole hour for 2 pizzas. People came after me a left before and had more pizzas than I did. Dirty carpet, dirty floors and it always is this bad. I would never recommend this place and I'm never coming again.

The absolute worst in customer service, having food ready on time, and having food properly prepared. I placed an order online at 9:28pm. It said it should be ready by 9:49pm-9:54. I got there at 9:57pm. Food was not ready, I wasn't acknowledge at all by the lady at the counter. Then she walked to the back yelling about too many people coming in to pickup others.I checked the app at 10ish and it's just saying got your order. I didn't receive my order until 10:20pm one order of pizza bites NEVER AGAIN!

Can't go wrong with Little Caesars especially for the price. Where else can you get a Lg Meat lovers pizza for $9.99 and wings for $6.99. My kids loves it and this mama loves the price especially when I'm not in the mood to cook. I forget to get a picture of my wings. this visit,I purchased the extra most bestest pepperoni and the Slices-N-Stix Jalapeño. You can't dine in, it's pick up only and the service is mediocre!

Review: I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to this location was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share my experience. To put it simply, the service was terrible and incredibly unprofessional from the moment I walked in. It took five full minutes just to place my order--not because the place was packed, but because the man with the braids at the counter seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than helping customers. There was no sense of urgency, no acknowledgment of the growing line, and absolutely no professionalism. Things only got worse from there. The big lady with short braids behind the counter was openly cursing and using foul language while laughing and joking around. It was loud, inappropriate, and honestly disrespectful considering there were families and kids present. There seemed to be little to no supervision, and the entire staff acted as if they were hanging out at home rather than working in a business that's supposed to serve the public. I ended up waiting a total of 28 minutes for my order--something that should've taken no more than 15 minutes tops. And I only received it after I went up and asked about it. During that time, I saw employees laughing, messing around, and ignoring the obvious crowd of people waiting for food. It was chaotic and frustrating. While I know this is a franchise they should have better supervision. I would fire each of the employees that were there tonight.

I'm tired I'm hungry and this is what I got. I ordered the food to be delivered and when I opened the box, this is what I saw. I don't know whether they regifted the box or gave it to somebody and they didn't want it. There's old dried up cheese there's a couple of pieces of I think it's Italian sausage whatever it is it's hard as rocks. I usually pick-up my own pizza, I would looked at it before I left the store. From now on, I'm gonna get pizza out of the freezer section at the grocery store

I've had two separate orders at this location, and both times they've failed to get it right. The first order was missing two pizzas and a 2-liter Pepsi, and this time, they forgot the Pepsi and sauce. I called the store both times, and management promised to refund me, but it never happened. Clearly, there's a lack of leadership and proper customer service here. I've completely given up on this location. Don't waste your time or money.

Pizza is uncooked, store director don't care. He blamed it on a broken oven but claimed before I got this pizza it was fixed. The employees know the owner don't care all the way down and they carry on with the same uncaring behavior. I never got a response from the store director because he already know he has no more excuses for this
