This McDonald's location is a complete disgrace for the brand. The service is very bad. The employees do not treat the customers well at all. The interior and exterior of the restaurant are very dirty and unkempt. The food quality and presentation are not worthy of the McDonald's brand at all. Can you call this the McDonald's flagship Big Mac?

TOOK LITERALLY ONE HOUR FOR A SNACK WRAP AND FRIES. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took forever to take my order! Took forever to bring out my food! Once I finally got my wrap I had to remind them to bring my fries. I wish I could give zero stars. Every experience I've had here the workers are rude or do not care. Next time I'm driving 15 minutes to the next closest McDonald's to avoid ever having to waste my time here again, literally avoid at all costs!!

Just drive the extra mile to go to another mcdonald's... seriously. this location is the worst i ever been to i was at the 1st window waiting to receive my change back from paying for my order and the lady at the window dropped my 2 dollars trying to give me my money back no biggy honest mistake but then while this happens she says "damnnnnn thats crazy" and laughs at me and my gf face keep in mind it was raining so the money was a lost cause i asked politely for 2 dollars back and she told me she could not do that, i asked again she got aggressive and said she couldn't. asked for a manager got my money back got up to the 2nd window received my food and it was wrong... please just go to toco bell right next door and deal with the diarrhea at least they'll get your food right and treat you with respect.

Poor service and rude employees. Constantly getting the simplest of orders wrong. Too busy on their phones. Very dirty inside and out. I doubt any changes will be made. I recommend avoiding this location.

I dread each time I end up going to this location. Unfortunately, it's the one closer to my house. The crew is a reflection of the GM. She is rude to the employees and to the customers too. They have absolutely no customer service skills. You walk in there and they all have the backs turned to you. Nobody acknowledges you are standing there. I know McDonald's is not widely recognized for having great customer service, but this location is the absolute WORSE of several others in the area.

McDonald's food is similar everywhere you go (in the states) but this location stands out because of their great customer service. We popped in with a mom's group and many little ones. Everybody was happy rather than annoyed with the influx of people/kids, specifically a sweet older gentleman at the door, and service was fast. The bonus to this location is the indoor gym for toddlers; it is clean and perfect for 3 and under to play with a nearly encased area to limit noise to other patrons without little ones. There is a separate family bathroom in the play area with a diaper changing table. On our way out, they gave my littles ice cream. Their drive through is 2 lanes with options of mobile pick up as well. Overall, this location is a good one to pit stop or play dates for the littles.

Came for a $3 burger... had to spend $100 on a new tire since the drive way was damaged :) and the rain was covering the road... BE CAREFUL!!
