This place is great! The food is excellent! Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered a Dominic and a Calexico, highly recommend. The manager was super courteous, you can tell she cares about her customers and the quality of food and service. If you want great pizza quality and selection but a place that feels very mom and pop, check out this location.

So it's like a chipotle in a way where you sorta build your own Pizza but the staff does it for you . Which the pizza here just absolutely sucks no matter what ya put on it cause the staff puts stuff on your pizza that ya didn't ask for . When you're paying an expensive amount for it . And yes the staff literally doesn't listen to you and they don't care . Overall there's a McDonald's across the street your better off there

I usually love MODS and this location usually has high energy but March 17 I went in for a salad after the lunch rush yet I wasn't greeted what so ever, stood in front of the pizza making line waiting for some one to step up and acknowledge me. It took longer then usual for her to make my salad cause the chicken was frozen and the pizza maker guy was just tossing the tray the pizza dough sits in right on to the

Fresh ingredients, you can pick as many toppings as you'd like. The employees were very nice and generous with the toppings. Your pizza is oven baked fresh and comes out pretty quickly after you choose your toppings. There's a self service fountain drink station but they also have some various drinks and alcohol for sale at the register. There's also an outdoor area in the back for the kids to run around and play while you're waiting for your pizza to be baked or after enjoying your meal.

I've gotten pizza here a few times and the service is hit or miss. The food is always good, but you never know how long it will take to get a pizza. I've stood in line for 30 minutes to order. The last time I tried to order, they cancelled online orders because they were slammed. Unfortunately I did not receive any notification that the order was cancelled. They said they would give a refund and send me a comp for a free pizza or I could stand in the line and get a free pizza on the spot. That line was at least an hour wait, so I literally left and went over to HEB and got one of their frozen pizzas. They did refund me, but they never gave me a comp for a free pizza. I didn't even bother trying to get the free pizza, I was just glad to get a refund. Tonight, I was planning to pick up pizza elsewhere, but just decided to try again at MOD since it was on my way home. I put in an order online and it was ready when I got there. The pizza was very good, but I mistakenly ordered serrano peppers on it instead of bell peppers so it was incredibly spicy. I picked off the peppers but the spice still lingered! That's what I get for trying to multitask instead of paying attention to what I was ordering. It wasn't super busy and there wasn't much of a line so I imagine anyone ordering in person probably didn't have to wait too long. If they can improve the speed of service, it would elevate this place so much because their pizzas are really good!

Was so excited that they open an Mod Pizza in shadow creek. I was so hesitant based on the reviews. However, I was pleased with my pizza. You can order off the menu or you can build your own, which I did.

Came on a Saturday around 7:00pm. Not very busy, but staff was extremely slow and didn't appear to be in any hurry to help the growing line Pizzas were made with a half-assed effort. Over sauced and burnt. My pizza personally was disgusting and it was taken home to the dog. We'll see if he even eats it. Aside from the service and the shotty food, the restaurant was obscenely dirty. Especially considering the time and day of the week. Server gloves on the floor, hard to find a table that wasn't dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Dirty glass at the ingredients. Horribly dissatisfied. We frequent the Friendswood location often and love it, but we will NEVER come back to the Pearland Parkway location.

Most of my pizza was soggy like. I just thought it was horrible pizza at first then my husband was wondering why I kept spitting pieces out. He looked at my pizza and said it was undercooked. The people who took my order were very nice. I didn't complain. I just hope I don't get sick.
