Food is ok. Service is not great. Our to go orders are Always incorrect. Wrong type of bread or they don't bother to remove the cheese or veggies when requested or something is left out. When we return to have the order corrected the person preparing the order does not apologize for the inconvenience they just sigh and make a face.

Food was good. Service was poor. They gave us chips instead of mac & cheese in the drive thru. When my husband went inside to correct this they told him they can't take the closed chip bag back because he "touched" it and made him pay over $7 for the mac & cheese. My husband being a nice guy and didn't want to argue paid for it and left. We pulled right in from the drive thru straight to inside. A little ridiculous they wouldn't make the switch from what we ordered.

NO MORE. I thought I give Panera Bread another chance since our last visit like 6 mos ago. It was horrible, this dark avocado and it taste worst, I had to spit out the first bite!! Why not just say you are out of avocado?

I have been to the Panera a few times, I found that their portions have drastically became less and the flavor not as good. I ordered the two to go, roast beef on ciabatta and a cup of cheddar cheese soup. I picked it up and when I got home, there was barely any meat on the bread, and they have given me black bean soup instead of what I had ordered. I called the manager the next day, told her the situation, and she told me she would put my name down For me to come by and get another order whenever I wanted to. Today was the day I was in that area and I decided to place an order. Guess what? They didn't have my name down and they didn't know what I was talking about. I was embarrassed. I will not use their business anymore.

The service here is absolutely terrible. If you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait atleast 30 minutes. They handed me the complete wrong order and then when they finally got it right it was missing a sandwich. The lady then proceeded to accuse me of lying and made me hand the bag back through the window. I love Panera but can we hire competent workers?

Why do they always forget the little bag that comes with the French onion soup? Also like.... Forget things in general but that thing stings the most.

The food I received is did not match the description online. The Fontega chicken sandwich did not come on the black pepper focaccia as described. The purple onions were burnt and ruined the whole sandwich. I order the strawberry chicken caprese and receive the chicken poppy seed salad instead. The few pieces of lettuce in chicken poppy were brown and wilted.

Seriously, full price bowl of chicken noodle soup compared to a bowl of broccoli cheddar at the soup and salad offer.

Food was great, staff was friendly and got quick service via drive thru. Greek Salad, Toasted Italiano sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup were good. After I ate the salad and some of the sandwich, I felt sick and had an upset stomach the rest of the day. Do not recommend this location.
