Admittedly was not expecting much from a fast casual Italian in Pearland, but boy was I wrong. We tried here just because we were nearby and they were open. We liked it so much we went 2 days in a row. The first night I had the build your own salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked well and not at all dry. The next day I had the diavolo pasta which was really nice as well. It's nice to have multiple healthy options in the area. Piada will be a staple for us when visiting family.

While I have been to a Piada before, it had been years, so I was intrigued to see one open so close to my house. My friends and I arrived around 5:30 pm, and at first it was fairly empty. Before long, though, the restaurant filled up quickly and the line stretched all the way to the door. The staff seemed relatively new, and service was a bit slow, which became more noticeable as the line grew. Even so, everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially since I needed a refresher on how the ordering system worked. I ordered the Carbonara Pasta with the Hot Fried Chicken. The chicken took some extra time to prepare and was a little on the oily side, but it was crispy and paired nicely with the creamy sauce. The pasta itself was flavorful and well-balanced, with the right mix of tomatoes, pancetta, and spinach so that every bite had a little of everything. There was also a generous amount of Parmesan, but it was not overwhelming, which allowed the other ingredients to stand out. Overall, while the service could use a little more polish, the food was enjoyable and I would definitely return to try more dishes.

I love Piada. This location has a nice interior design which makes it feel like it's not fast casual food. I know it's new so I won't be too hard on them but the line wasn't as tidy as I have seen at other locations. I had the Avocado piada. I asked for crispy chicken. The young lady forgot to put it in the wrap. She did offer to put it on the side but I just did without. Something was quite salty on the wrap and I couldn't pin point it. Either way I will give them a little bit more time before I give them another try. I am glad that there is one now in my area.

They assembled the orders in front of us. All materials look fresh and healthy. The food comes in plus size. The taste is yummy and heavy. It's really popular store with long line all the time.

Went to the soft opening today and the service and food were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and kind. They even had sample of some of their newer items that were great as well. The space is large and clean. Cannot wait to come by regularly!!

Staff was very friendly. The food was prepared very fast. It's good, fast casual Italian. Pasta is cooked right and its large portion. The tables were clean but I did almost fall when I stepped in a puddle of water. There was water in multiple places dripping from the A/C. So be careful.

My first visit to Piada was GREAT! I view the menu as a gourmet Chipotle. The flavors and the seasonings are awesome. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This place opened up about a month ago .. it's not good . Food was cold and the flavors just don't go as well as expected. When you order take out the food should be nice and warm and fresh. And it wasn't . The staff was good enough. Also the prices don't match the food . Also the ambiance was sorta messy
