This place is getting slower and slower when it comes to service. You order on a kiosk now and get ignored. Everyone seems to be hiding behind the food area. I don't see how this Popeyes is still open.

Was in need of something quick to eat and wanted a chicken sandwich...the options were chick-fil-a or popeyes and the obvious choice is chickfila, but since I hadn't been to popeyes in a long while figured I'd give it a go. Drive thru I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of mac, biscuit and a lemonade. Sandwich was good, no issues, biscuit and lemonade the same. Now the mac while eating bite after bite, i was noticing an area that was charred, mostly cheese which is good, but I noticed something that was clear as well. I chalked that off to being an onion, until i took the bite and nope it wasn't, it was a piece of plastic, like a piece that came off of a food storage bag. :-( .

The food was horrible. I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal. Nothing was fresh. The fries were so old, hard & stuck together. This will teach me to check my food b4 I drive off. PLEASE READ THIS POST!!! Yesterday 06-30-24, I went to buy chicken for a 70th birthday party. I called first to make sure the order would be ready at a certain time and couldn't speak to the manager because she didn't want to come to the phone because she couldn't speak English. I went to the restaurant to picked up the food. When I got to the party. I received pieces of chicken the size of my pinky finger (the picture is attached). I called the restaurant again and tried speaking to a manager for the SECOND time. She didn't come to the phone because again she couldn't understand English. I then spoke to a young man by the name of Lou that was very helpful and apologetic. He reassured me that he will write my name down and let the General Manager know that I will be calling. The next day, I tried calling around 12pm. No Answer! Called again and it went horribly wrong. The manager couldn't understand me, I spoke to the General Manager (Kelly Rodrigues) and she was not apologetic and very rude. She gave me the number to the owner of the restaurant and the number DID NOT work! It is truly not about the chicken but the customer service. I would like to speak with the owner of this restaurant. I do not want to give the store 1 star but I have to in order to share my experience.

This is the most horrible place to get food nobody works and they never can fill an order. This needs to be closed down like every thing else in Pearland Tx. It is the most ghetto area with bad customer service. After paying 35.00 for 9 wings and 3 sides I get home to find a box of biscuits and no sides.

I ordered a large mashed potato with no gravy. There is what looks like cheese mixed in with my potatoes. It looks like there is some cross contamination going in. This is a serious matter. I hope y'all do something about this!

I don't know why this Popeye's has such bad reviews, I really like this location. Ive never had any rude or bad service from any of the employees at all. My meals have always been hot and fresh too. What keeps me coming back over and over is the blackened chicken tenders. They are SO good! They don't have any just sitting there either, they are made fresh to order every single time. It's a great low-carb option as well. Ill get the green beans with it too, which are always hot and fresh too. The place from what I can tell is always clean too. There is rarely any trash left on top of the tables. The line always goes by pretty quickly too. This location is really close to work, so we're in and out really fast. It can get pretty busy at time because it's located right outside of a major industrial park. But the wait is never that long.

I always buy legs and thighs only for years. To the young sister that told me no I got to get mixed. You should be a Police Officer, you should not be at Popeyes. I hope you saved Popeyes by not selling me dark only. You let me leave. Customer leaves without buying chicken.... yeah great day for you I guess. Terrible customer service go to Broadway 518 location instead.

I recently visited the Popeyes at 3503 S . Sam Houston Pkwy East Houston, Tx This was my first time at this establishment. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Wings. I must say they were off the chain!!! The chicken was fresh & fried to perfection. The service was great also. I received my order quickly as well. I will be back! Thanks, again!! Happy customer
