My husband and I have always loved Red Robin the few times we've been. However, I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease, so I was thrilled to learn that Red Robin takes their gluten free pledge seriously. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy. There was maybe one other table besides us. It was probably around 11:30am on a Thursday. Restaurant looked clean, even the restrooms. Sharon was our waitress, and she was so nice! We loved her. She was really sympathetic to my gluten allergy and about my Crohn's disease. She was always checking in on us but not to the point where it's annoying though. I asked if there was a gluten free menu, but I was told there wasn't a physical copy of one, but if I went online, I could see what was gluten free. Sharon explained how Red Robin has a dedicated fryer for gluten free things and how the cooks clean the area and switch gloves before making the food. I ordered the ensenada chicken platter which garlic parm fries instead of salad. I also asked for smashed avocado with it, but the cooks forgot to add it although I was still charged for it. I didn't bother telling our waitress though. My food was all delicious though! My daughter and husband ordered a burger and regular steak fries. They said both were delicious, and my daughter really loved her burger. The manager came and checked in on us to see how we were doing and if our waitress was doing a good job. He told us she was new and hadn't been there very long, but we assured him Sharon was doing a great job. We'll definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Best burgers in Pearland great service and always very friendly. They definitely stepped up their game. Always clean and plenty of staff.

Burgers were great don't get me wrong. It was just a shame that the presentation on the mojito sucked!! Spearmint as you can see was all black . Not appetizing. Customer service was disappointing, waiter forgot some things we ordered, there weren't many customers so it wasn't because he was busy. And also he rushed us to pay when we weren't even finished with our meal. It was weird.

Today I went for lunch with my daughter and not only was the food amazing but our service was phenomenal! Honestly don't know why I haven't visited this location more but it will be one of our favorite spots going forward. Our server Adrian was knowledgeable about the menu items and your system and was very helpful in choosing a fantastic meal. Manager (so sorry I forgot your name) was also courteous and welcoming. He knew how to assist his servers without trying to outshine them with a one time visit like most restaurants. He made himself readily available and in a very genuine way. We are already planning when to come next and who to bring because we enjoyed it. Brussel sprouts were delish, Burger way perfect and fish and chips were delectable, but what stole the show was the GARLIC FRIES.

Service really ruined our experience this time. Showed up around 5:30 for an early dinner and there was plenty of space. We got some weird looks when we asked to sit at a booth and asked for a high chair, but were seated anyway. No high chair was ever brought out. We asked about happy hour and was brought over a menu from the bar. We weren't told it was only at the bar and assumed if we got the menu it applied. The kids meal came out first but we had to ask again for the milk that came with it. The rest of the food came not too long after but it took a long time to get sides. I had to go up and ask for them for the 3rd time. When we finally checked out, we were told we couldn't get a to go cup for the kids milk. We were also charged the full price on happy hour drinks and also charged for the supposedly bottomless sides. While we were getting ready to leave the server came back around asking if there's anything else we needed. We mentioned the to go cup again and he told us no. Why even ask?

I think it's time to put Red Robin out of its misery. The food is meh at best and there's never anyone in the restaurant anymore. It had a good run but it's time to call it quits.

We have come to this location a few times since my initial review and unfortunately it's been going downhill. The last 2 visits in particular were during lunch hour and they seem to be short staffed. Last year's visit, our server was clearly running around like a "chicken with his head cut off" and when we asked how he was, he said servers didn't show up and he had 8 tables. We completely understood how stressed out he was. Our visit a few days ago wasn't as busy but our server just seemed stressed as well. This time, there were only 3 tables seated and our server just seemed burnt out. Took a long time for him to greet us, only checked with us like once, never asked if we wanted anything else (like utilizing the bottomless fries... which we decided we didn't NEED anyways). We did notice the manager was the same the last few visits and he was friendly and helpful. As for the food, we haven't had any complaints. Our orders are always made correctly and taste great. Just haven't been "thrilled" by the last few visits, that's all.

This was my second time here. The first time I ate here was a couple months ago after living in Pearland for 15 years. Was about time. The food was good and it was Tuesday so took advantage of the $10 Cheeseburger special for dine in. This time Bri was my server. Carlos was the manager. Both were so accommodating and stopped by every so often to make sure everything was good. Everything WAS good. The bottomless fries were seasoned right and were crunchy. The burger was cooked just the way I prefer with a little pink and it was so juicy! At least give them a try.
